Eppings was delicious as always. My fiancée and I sat at the bar and had great conversation with the bar tenders. They always have some of the best bourbon on display, with very reasonable prices. Eagle Rare 10 year was on special for 10$ a pour. The food is amazing and consistent every time we go. If you are looking for an upscale yet casual place for good food, this is the stop for you

I guess the only negative thing about Carson’s is its noise level. I found it hard to hear the friend across the 4 person table unless he spoke quite loud. The food/drinks, service and atmosphere are fabulous which I guess is why it’s so loud. It’s a popular place.

Best waiter I’ve ever had. We really enjoy this place . I just don’t ever want to sit around the bar area again as customers really crowd in and stand and it’s very loud, I think it would be ok if the customers had to sit at the bar or back in the waiting area but they were right on my back at times. I love this restaurant and the staff was the best ever .

We eat out a lot—a lot, lot—and this restaurant truly impressed us! Visiting from Dallas, we were blown away by the excellent service from our waiter, Truman, whose personality and great conversation made the experience even better. The "Sneak Attack" cocktail was a fun and delicious surprise, and the food was outstanding. The halibut was cooked to perfection, and the pork chop was incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy. Every dish was beautifully plated and worthy of their high rating. Definitely a place that deserves a return visit, even all the way from Texas!
