Ristoranti in zona Cibola National Forest

I've been to Prairie Star's Wine and Dine several times. While not all meals were perfect, they all had areas of brilliance. Last night's dinner was probably the best of them all. Usually my partner and I get different items so we can taste everything but we both had the smoked trout beignets. They were lovely but more reminiscent of hush puppies. They were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside! We both also ordered the striploin and were both happy we did. The portion was generous, the meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to our specifications and it was served with a lovely burgundy demi-glace. Our dinner companions both had the gumbo and gave it high praise. They also had the striploin and were very happy with it. The chimichanga for dessert was decadent! My one note was that ours had only a smidge of berry compote. We are so thrilled to have such an affordable restaurant near us which we can depend on for exciting and delicious food. Kudos to Chef Myles!

Beautiful patio with excellent staff! Delicious fun menu with some of the best best eats in New Mexico.

Went for Mother’s Day lunch and had a wonderful time - the buffet choices were delicious and loved the fact that we were able to pick our entree - the desserts were amazing
