My new favorite restaurant in Seattle. Been coming for 6 months or so, and have NEVER been let down. The food is incredible, but to me, that's only part of an incredible dining experience. RC combines incredible food, with that utmost important thing to match it - SERVICE. Every server I have had here is professional, beyond belief. Show up right as you want them, don't the rest of the time. They are personable, share a bit of themselves with you, as you share a bit with them - date night, whatever. The one other thing - regarding the menu. I am a fisherman, and love our PNW species. But this is not a "I'll take the alder planked Coho, please" kind of place. There are species from all over the world, and the chef's bring out the absolute, very best, in each one. Can't say enough about this place - totally awesome!

Incredible food! We’ve been a few times now and this is hands down our favorite restaurant in the Seattle area. The dishes rotate so there is always something new to try. Appetizers are all so yummy but not too filling. Main dishes are so well curated and flavorful. Bolognese and lamb shank risotto our my all time favorites. Staff is super friendly and well organized! 10/10.

Great food, exceptional cocktails, fun ambience and excellent service!

Creative, interesting food expertly prepared. The flavors were balanced and the chef showed subtlety. The server was excellent and made great suggestions for both the food and wine. We loved it and will be back. Wish it were a bit quieter.

Been here a few times and always order the same items. The fried chicken appetizer and pork belly entree has been stellar each time. My husband gets the coulotte steak each time and complains to me every time that it's not barely warm. For a $40 entree, that's disappointing. Doubt he's game to go to Sophon again. Lovely restaurant and great service though
