Great food and service, as always. The Mushroom Bolognese was excellent.

Had a wonderful dining experience while catching up with a good friend. Our waiter was exceptionally attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. The ambiance was perfect—quiet enough to hold a relaxed conversation without straining to hear, which made the evening all the more enjoyable. Add to that a picturesque view of the river and a menu offering flavorful dishes, and you’ve got a spot that’s well worth visiting. Highly recommended for both the setting and the service.

Sorry for the four stars, the night seemed to be a little off across the board. Normally its 5 Stars for us. We ate early this night, we were seated quickly and our order was taken quickly. Food seemed to take longer than usual coming out. Food wasn't as flavorful as usual, everything was to the bland side. Our waitress didn't check us during our meal. Overall just not a great night. It was good enough for just any old restaurant but not for Kankakee Grille. We look forward to coming back again, hopefully to a great experience.

Appetizer and entre (french onion soup, crab cake, lobster tail, mashed potatoes) were prepared "spot on". Service was knowledgeable, attentive, and enjoyable. Very few casino restaurants have a restroom conveniently located inside the dining room as this one does. Virtual fireplace looked pleasant and relaxing. Overall, staff was great including the outgoing host. Surprised one finds such fine personnel. Thanks for an enjoyable evening! Keep it up!!!
