Restaurants near West 38th Street Plaza Shopping Center

First of all, the remodel looks great and allows for many more customers which is great. This is our go-to for any special occasion as Rick's is the ONLY nice restaurant on the westside of Indianapolis and they did not disappoint. Our Server, Sadie, was excellent, attentive without being annoying, and got everything right. The food was amazing all the way around. 2 of the party had the sticky ribs and gave HUGE thumbs up. Meaty, no fat, smokey mesquite and a nice sweet/hot sauce. I had the Korean fried Chicken Sandwich and it too was fabulous. The other person had the pork chops which are really a great value and super tasty, thick, smokey, done perfectly. Thanks Ricks. Glad that things are back to your old glory plus some.

Overall a great experience. The scenery was stunning, but was pretty disappointed by the service. Not only did the reservation state it was my girlfriend’s birthday, but the hostess was notified upon arrival, and nothing was done.

Finally made it to Dawson’s! Such a great place and will definitely return. We enjoyed the French onion soup, fish n chips and beef stroganoff. Was hoping the stroganoff noodles were more of an “Amish” style fatter noodle but the dish was quite tasty. Will return with friends soon!

My husband and I have come to White Castle every valentines for 5 years. It’s always so fun and the staff are so kind!

This was our first Valentines Day dinner at a White Castle:-) Our experience was AWESOME and we would definitely do it again:-) The place looked great and service was perfect!!!!
