Every person involved in our service was wonderful. Crusty bread was great. We both chose the beet salad which was delicious & lightly dressed. I chose a bison ribeye (upgrade) that was out of this world! She agreed after I shared a bite. My mashed potatoes were just right. My wife’s salmon was perfect, tender with a nice crust on top. She was unsure of the broth at first but soon loved it as well. The hint of spice made the flavor a lot more interesting with the noodle combo. The added bits of bacon & sautéed onion were wonderful additions. Desserts were pumpkin crème brûlée- reminded me of pumpkin pie flavors but lighter. She loved the dark chocolate cheesecake. It was exactly what she hoped it would be. Sweet Perfection.

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The 24 Karat cocktail was crisp and refreshing. The crispy salt and pepper shrimp was delicate and bursting with asian influenced flavors but the star of the show was the filet mignon cooked to medium rare perfection! It is simply the best steak I have ever experienced. Tender and melt in your mouth delicious! Our server Tiffany was excellent! Attentive, pleasant and informative.

Wonderful experience!! Some places during Restaurant Week have the potential to be hit or miss, but that’s NEVER the case with Capital Grille. Even on the busiest nights, we have had nothing but exceptional service and delicious food. Special shout out to Serita, our waitress, who was the absolute sweetest along with being the perfect balance of professional and fun! She had an excellent knowledge of the menu and all her recommendations were spot on. Thank you Serita and Capital Grille for another lovely date night with my fiancé! We’ll be back soon!

We dined during Restaurant Week and were very pleased with our total experience. The food was excellent!!! The Maine Lobster Bisque was AMAZING!! My husband had the Creole Gumbo(?) and loved it. Our entrees were also delicious! We both ended our meal with the Butter Toffee Cake. A fantastic meal!

Dined early because of Restaurant Week, so no crowds or waiting. The special menu was wonderfully delicious & Peter, our server terrific. We also appreciated the “clean-up & water lady” who was very attentive.
