The restaurant staff was friendly upon arrival. We had the most amazing meal. Everything was top-notch from the cucumber walnut sampler to start the meal the tuna and shrimp appetizer to the paella and the lobster in Coconut sauce. All the sauces were top-notch we wanted bread to dip, we didn’t wanna waste any of it. I have never tasted sauce like the sauce on the shrimp appetizer do yourself a favor and order it. Thank you for a treat!!

The hotel is beautifully set up above the harbor, the restaurant has a 180 view of Frenchman’s Bay. From pulling up to the front of the hotel and dropping off my family, the fellas at the door were very warm and friendly. The hostesses were very hospitable. Our table was just as requested, a water view. The piano man in the bar was a wonderful touch…. We were celebrating a birthday! They put a card on the table, put a candle and chocolate HB piece in the desert she ordered and the piano man played Happy Birthday when she got her desert!!! We had the clam chowder, the lobster, the ribeye, and the land and sea! It was fantastic! The ribeye was excellent and the others had no complaints. I would definitely recommend putting this in your list!

This is an amazing restaurant! The ambiance of the historic home was charming but the service and food was even better. We all agreed that our food - including the short rib and crab cakes and an amazing bean and corn stew - was the best we had had on our vacation so far.

Kader was wonderful throughout and kindly found the perfect wine pairing from the bartender for my meal (Bouchard Chardonnay with the scallops). The herbed garlic butter with bread was a flavorful start. My mom and I both had the scallops and they were amazing! On top of the crisp pave potato and wilted watercress with capers in a brown butter sauce. Could be a great vegetarian dish sans scallops. Dessert was just as excellent the caramel crème brûlée and beignets.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Chart Room. After hiking all day at Acadia we were very tired and excited for some fresh fish dishes. I loved the clam chowder and halibut. Very nice ambience, great service and wonderful view!
