Restaurants near Bar Harbor Cellars Winery

We drove to Bar Harbor from Massachusetts and arrived after 7 PM in the evening and made reservations late and arrived a few minutes late after checking in to our hotel but a very nice young woman at the host stand greeted us with a smile and came out to show us the accessible entrance at the back so we could roll my mother-in-law into the restaurant in her wheel chair. We were seated in a nice cozy corner of the extension of the restaurant with a nice celebratory vibe and good ambience. Our server Jandy was excellent in every way. She was knowledgeable, attentive, very pleasant and was simply delightful in her interactions and had a smile the whole night and was very patient with all of our requests. The food was fantastic! Tasty with excellent flavor profiles, the Sopa de frijoles, Gambas and Farm salad were stand outs, but everything, - all the entrees were delicious. We had the Tenderloin, perfectly cooked medium rare, the Sole stuffed with peekytoe crab, the Roasted Chicken and Seafood Paella. We shared everything and were completely satisfied and liked our cocktails as well as our Blue Berry soda! Chef Daniel is clearly talented and knows how to make great food. It's no wonder he was nominated for a James Beard Award!! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Bar Harbor. This is a must visit restaurant for anyone who likes good food and excellent service.

Our outdoor table had a great view. Loved seeing the ducks and gulls. Some patrons enjoyed walking on the beach. And the food was terrific!

We were on vacation and had many great meals but Brasserie Le Brun was outstanding. The seafood and filet were amazing, drinks were great and the service couldn’t be better. I only wish they had a restaurant in PA.
