We had the cookbook tasting menu. There is a good selection. A bit pricey. The food tasted great. At times the bussers were a bit too attentive; clearing too quickly. Our server started off a bit lacklustre but warmed up towards the second half of our meal. We also ordered a cocktail. It was nice and strong. I would come back if I’m in the DC area again.

Every dish we had was outstanding, including one of the chef's famous paella. Eliana, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful and increased our appreciation of each dish. We can't wait to return!

We sat in the Grant Room and BK was our waiter. We started with a peach bourbon sangria, which was wonderful. We shared a dozen assorted Potomac oysters, which were like silk. My husband enjoyed his huge crabcake and my meatloaf did not disappoint. Portions were very generous & prices were reasonable. We enjoyed walking around the restaurant and viewing the gas chandeliers, oyster bar, and main bar – it’s a beautiful restaurant.

What a lovely place to while away the afternoon with friends! The food was excellent with something for everyone. The service was impeccable! Our server gave us space to enjoy our conversation while making sure we had everything we needed. A bit pricy and you should be clearer what is included, or not - the steak was just that - no side no salad. We ordered those when we saw that was the case but a more completed plate would have been nicer. That said, everything we ordered was excellent.
