- PPaulVIPLondon •18 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at Sata Omakase, and it was a truly exceptional experience. Chef Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable about the various seafood ingredients, showcasing his expertise with each meticulously prepared dish. The focus on healthiness and maximizing the palate experience is evident in every bite, making for a delightful culinary journey. Manager Alan, an experienced Sake Sommelier as well, pairs each glass of sake perfectly with the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience. His recommendations truly elevate the meal, complementing the flavors beautifully. The only minor drawback during my visit was the lobster dish, which I found to be a bit too flavorful for my taste. However, this is a small note in an otherwise near-perfect meal. Overall, Sata Omakase is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine sushi and expertly paired sake. I can’t wait to return!More infoSato OmakasePrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Tenderloin•4.6
