- EElizabethvipPortland / Oregon •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoDario and Sheena never fail to dazzle us with their food, their showmanship and the fabulous hospitality Italians are famous for! Every dish was a joy to discover and savor. The wine pairings were spot on and delicious! We brought some friends with us to experience Rosmarino for the first time and they were blown away and are already making plans to go back! Don’t forget their little deli in Newberg, Gusto. You can buy some of the wine, pasta and sauces Dario whips up and take it home. And that bread!!! Il più delizioso!! Dario, your Nonna should be very proud!More infoRosmarino Osteria ItalianaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Newberg•4.9
- OTOpenTable DinervipPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoThis restaurant is absolutely beautiful and has such delicious food! Even (and especially) the bread is outstanding! Our server, Brady, was knowledgeable and professional while still being friendly and fun. We enjoyed him quite a bit and will not only be back but will be sure to recommend The Jory, and Brady, to others. I work at a local winery so I’m excited to spread the word on this exquisite, “must try” Willamette Valley food destination!More infoJORY Restaurant at The Allison Inn & SpaPrice: Very Expensive• Northwest• Newberg•4.7
- LLakiSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review4.0Dined on Sep 5, 2024The staff was very welcoming and accommodating the entire evening. We opted for the omakase experience, and we added the bone marrow to the dinner. Each of the courses was amazing visually. Each dish featured micro greens and color from edible flowers and sauces, so we presented in a very organic looking way. Some of the the mushroom dishes didn't have a lot of flavor, but the duck was outstanding, the risotto was amazing, and the dessert was delicious. Our main complaint though was that there was too much food for an omakase, and left us feeling full before we reached the end of the experience. Ideally we should be feeling just right by the end, but there were several courses that had more food than was necessary. For instance the escargot could have been just 1 not 3, the muscles could have been 1, the NY steak could have been been about a quarter of the amount served. We felt full and couldn't enjoy the flavors of the things towards the end as much as if there was less. Has we known how much was remaining we would have eaten less of each, but we trusted the experience. The food visually was absolutely amazing though, and the dessert was some of the most visually appealing I have eaten. The frozen strawberry mousse, terrarium, and cannolis were amazing. Overall the food didn't match the $600+we spent for 2 with glass of wine each and 2 bottles of sparkling water, but it was still a great experience.More infoThe Joel Palmer HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Dayton•4.8
