The food and drinks were all wonderful and delicious, the services were perfect and everyone was friendly. It was our first night in Hawaii, but we were able to watch the fireworks with great hospitality. Thank you. We had a wonderful birthday anniversary!!!!!

All very good but: No Crown Royal? There was a service problem when the food runners brought the 4 entrees (party of 4) but not the ordered salads. Our front waiter, Erazo, handled the problem very well, the entrees were returned to the kitchen and we got our salads. When the entrees were served, all was good although the servers did not know who got what entree. No seat number system was used to avoid the food “auctioning.” I object to the kitchen charge which reduced the tip to the front of the house. Tab total was $475 including tip.

We come here mostly for the sushi, and it didn't disappoint. The sushi here is sublime. I particularly the seared sushi with the added textures and flavors of a few herbs or shallots. The best sushi I've ever eaten. We did get some tempura shrimp and the tempura was so light and the shrimp not over cooked. Excellent

Good selection. Very accommodating. We always have a good time here!

I love the chart house. Food is good and the ambiance even better.
