The Broadmoor Restaurant Collection procures only sustainable fish and seafood. Our Eagles Nest Ranch wagyu beef is raised exclusively for The Broadmoor at Eagles Nest Ranch.

Mingle with friends while enjoying a selection from our wine list or classic cocktails, complemented by fresh oysters from the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Coasts. The restaurant features a guitarist on Friday and Saturday from 6pm-9pm for our Guests enjoyment.

On Wednesday, October 2nd, La Taverne Restaurant invites you to embark on an evening of tasting unique Sazerac Brand Whiskies, guided by Harlen Wheatley, Buffalo Trace Master Distiller. The journey kicks off with a 6:00 PM Welcome Reception and elevated Canapes served alongside Buffalo Trace and Wheatley Welcome Cocktails; followed at 6:45 PM with a 4-Course Tasting Dinner accompanied by an esteemed Bourbon Tasting selection to include Buffalo Trace, Blanton’s, Sazerac 18, and Van Winkle 15 and 23. Tickets are available on OpenTable at $450.00 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity, with a 100% deposit required at purchase, refundable up to five days before the event.

A fair meal but expensive and we had some items which arrived cold. I would have expected more from the restaurant at the price.

Terrible food. The halibut was microwaved, the scallops were rubber and served with sauce from a jar and frozen vegetables. The waygu steak frites probably wasn’t. Very expensive, but even at a quarter of the price I would have been unhappy. Perhaps the Broadmoor expected to rest on its laurels but “the emperor has no clothes.”

It's a nice place with impeccable service. Narumi was delightful. Pork chop, lobster bisque, salmon, and lyonnaise potatoes were all very good. Prices have gone sky high. That's my only complaint.

Their French onion soup was outstanding. The crab bisque was also very good. You can add anchovies to the Cesar salad. Their prime rib dinner was perfectly cooked and had a slight hint of fresh rosemary to it. The wait staff were everywhere and very attentive. The manager was also on duty and making sure everyone was comfortable. The hotel itself is historic and beautifully decorated. The grounds were well kept and delightful to stroll.

A wonderful place to have a relaxing luncheon. Loved the ambience and enjoyed the waygu signature steak frites !

The soups were fantastic, as were the drinks. My wife’s steak frites for around $100 was a thin slice or ribeye instead of the written skirt steak and came out well done when ordered medium. Refire was still thin ribeye not skirt and more like medium well. The duck fat fries were boring slabs of potato. My “wagyu” NY Strip had almost no marbling and was cooked medium-well on one end and medium-rare on the other.

For the price paid, the main courses were not that good. Expectations were high and the food did not deliver. There was nothing special about the steak frites or the prime rib. Overall not as tasty or fancy as advertised.

Sit in the beautiful atrium. Chili relent casserole is excellent as was the croque monsieur! Big enough to split.
