   Tried this restaurant on a whim-why not chance and we're not disappointed. The food and service were top notch! The only downside was our table location right inside the door in the restaurant, but we made it work to brave the random rain/mist showers that started mid-meal.

   We were a party of 10 people on a Saturday night during car weekend. The hostess was able to accommodate all of us at a comfortable table. The waiters were very personable and efficient. Our dinners were brought out in a timely fashion to each one of us. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. Wine was also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant to all.

   Wonderful ambiance, the service was very good and we feel the price for our yummy food was fair. The owner welcomed us at the door and his staff were attentive and gracious, making us feel more like they were hosting us rather than simply serving us. Thank you!

   We love coming here. It's great for a special occasion or just a regular night out. The service and ambiance are outstanding, and the food is delicious. We've ever been disappointed.

   La Dolce Vita was magnificent to say the least! From the moment we arrived and right through 3 courses the service was excellent. We had six people in our party and all of us LOVED our meals. A 5 star experience for sure! Next time we are in San Diego we will be back.

    We had a wonderful dinner at La Dolce Vita in La Jolla with a group of eight and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The food was delicious and authentically Italian—everything felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. We sat outside on a cool evening, and they had plenty of heaters to keep everyone warm and comfortable. The eggplant appetizer and the eggplant entrée stood out as highlights—both were exceptionally well done. Overall, it was a charming spot with great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend for a cozy, satisfying Italian meal in La Jolla.
