   The changing menu at La Buvette always offers good value. We tend to mix items on the fixed price menu with the a la carte desserts. It was quiet but with a good ambience when we visited on a Tuesday. As the dining area is quite small, it can become a little noisy if most or all of the tables are occupied. The waiter seemed a little nervous, hence the score for service. The food as always was very good.

   We were a table of 6 and each of us had a really good evening. Everyone was really pleased with their food and the service was amazing. I have always had a very good meal at La Buvette.

   We love the Steak Frites, which comes with a large portion of salad. As a regular customer the aperitifi is free! Some Baguette and butter is free as well. As dessert we always choose the Cafe Gourmant, a perfect selection consisting of some small selections of small desserts and a coffee of your choice. La Buvette isn‘t cheap, but we are happy after dinner, so well worth the money.

   La Buvette never disappoints. Food is always of a great standard and the environment feels special, particularly on warm days when you can sit in the covered courtyard. It's great that you can have a conversation here rather than competing with music. The service is friendly and professional, and atmosphere very pleasant.

   We are regulars at La Buvette and have booked the restaurant for our wedding reception later this year. The food is always good, the staff friendly and welcoming and it has a lovely atmosphere.

   Not as good as previous visit, but OK. Why don't restaurants do a good selection of GREEN veg these days?

    We could hear management and staff arguing before our orders were taken which did not help the ambience. We were twice given drinks we had not ordered. The pheasant main dish was “ordinary”.
