Everything was perfect
Excellent menu..had the escargot, frogs legs, moules,French fries...and a great bottle of Sancerre at the special Monday rate of 50%!!
Great friendly service and lovely patio
May 2, 2019 they introduced their new menu for warm weather. It contains some Middle Eastern dishes that were just great. These chefs can do anything and they surprise all the time. The staff could not be more friendly. They take August off to go back to France so don't miss the new menu.
Chef Emanuel comes around to see how you like his food. The bar tender remembers my wife's cocktail. Jeff, our server, could not be more present yet you hardly notice. He is just there when you need him. This is a big city treat in a small town with the best of both worlds in one lovely place with outdoor dinning, if you prefer.
Lovely patio dining. Food and service are always cosset and always good. We done here often.
We have been to this lovely restaurant many times. We always bring our visiting guests here for happy hour or an evening meal on the enclosed patio. The service is impeccable. All staff are prompt and attentive without being intrusive, so your evening just flows easily. The wine list is adequately diverse and single glass selections are varied and plentiful, as well as beer selections. This chef has a way with sauces!! The peppercorn sauce on my bistro steak was sublime. Be sure to get a side of the mushrooms!! Heaven! You really can’t go wrong with any of the entrees. Also, I have to be creative when ordering due to some restrictions like gluten free and very low carb. They always happily accommodate and offer suggestions. They will do lots of tweaking to make your meal personal and delicious. Locals and people who know the area consider this bistro a gem. It’s easily in my top 5 of all restaurants in the area for excellence and consistency- and we dine out a lot!
The good, as always was over the top amazing.
We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband
The food is always outstanding and the service is attentive but not overbearing. Loved the Honey Brined pork chop and the fish dishes are all delicious.
Looking forward to our next visit
Very good service and a great table. The PEI moules were excellent, very tiny and flavorful. The French bread is remarkable. This restaurant is becoming one of our favorites. It has not disappointed. Hope to return one more time before heading home at the end of April.
The Escargot was the best. Don't forget to dip their awesome bread once the snails are gone!
Grilled Beef Tenderloin & Beef Short Rib Ravioli to die for! Service was amazing! Vince was spot on with recommendations and attentiveness.
Was one of many visits and was not what we had in the past.First course came out before our cocktails were finished and wine was not onthetable yet .Asked to slow tbe pace down and main came out 15min later and warm not hot
Never had the follow up question after meals came out as to quality so we started to eat.Told server later with no reaction at all
Happy Hours only for us now
Food was excellent!
mussel pot and veal dishe superb,
Caesar salad was delicious but was quite small for the high price.
Patio has quite the ambiance
Always love their food, and their specials are outstanding
Someone in this kitchen is overly enamored with truffle oil: from the Vichyssoise to the French fries, all you could taste was the overwhelming truffle oil. Service seemed to be comprised of constant patrols watching every bite. The white Cotes du Rhône was delicious and good value by the glass - otherwise, not very enjoyable...
6 diners, two ordered liver and onions (yummmy). Nice wine list with fairly price wines. The outdoor patio is very comfortable. The chef was very sociable and quite competent. We really enjoy the beet salad.
Love La Brasserie go the frequently. It NEVER disappoints
Always great - food, service and ambiance - never fails!
I had the special- halibut- and it was excellent. My husband had steak and fries. Both very good. Our waiter, David I think, was attentive in the way a good waiter should be. He kept his eye on us, but did not disturb us . A delightful evening.
Outstanding as always and their consistency is remarkable. It’s why we keep coming back whenever we are in the area.
Always a great eating experience. Food outstanding. Service attentive. Very crowded last night. Had to wait about 15 minutes for our reservation, but worth i
Exceptional food and we love the patio. Service was very good.
This is a pricey restaurant so be prepared for $$$$.
Wonderful atmosphere! Ate outside and had wonderful time. Great staff, food and wine! The wonderful smells coming from every plate that passed by us had our mouths watering!
Great food and wine. Nice private patio. Our waiter looked after us very well.
All is good at this restaurant. I like sitting outside because it is easier to chat with table guests. The acoustics on inside are terrible.
Food s fabulous...best restaurant. We always pick to go there because it is SO good - food, service et al
La Brasserie Bistro has always been our favorite restaurant in the desert. The chef is super creative with a blend of fresh food and the team is always able to present the food very attractively. The wait staff does an excellent job of timing the delivery of each course - we are never rushed, nor does a course get cold while we finish a previous item.
Birthday. Very good service and food
We had a wonderful dinner on our first night on vacation. We sat outside on patio and even though it is located in a strip mall you felt very secluded and ambiance was very nice. We had the octopus and stuffed calamari which was dislish for an appetizer then I had the Char and my husband had the veil. Bother were excellent. Suggestion go on Sundsy all their bottles of wine are 1/2 price and their wine list is a little pricey makes it worth it.
As always, great food and service! First time dining on the patio and it was lovely. Wonderful way to dine!
great setting. food was good for the most part. dover sole was not great. take note of much higher pricing than last year. server was not attentive. new owner or just less for more $?
We arrived early and were graciously accommodated. We were seated outside which we requested. However, we were seated at a table in the corner by the bar window. We commented on the bothersome flies. Our waiter said that they were a problem but at no time did we see other patrons waving flies away. We were at a table with no circulation and felt we should have been moved. After all, we were one of the first to arrive. At one point, I covered my food with my napkin in between bites. I suggest fans if the flies continue to be a nuisance. I eat at La Brasserie often but it will be awhile til I return. The food and service were Excellent as usual but the flies were disgusting and ruined our fine dining.
As usual, we enjoyed our dinner. Beef Bourguignon, Wiener Schnitzel, Calf Liver and the Cod special were all excellent. Portions are huge, so we forgo appetizers but the ones we saw looked oh so tasty. Service was good and knowledgeable. We dined on the patio and found it much more pleasant than inside which is dark with tables placed very close together.
Thank you for an enjoyable dining experience.
The food is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the bar with the bartender, Salena. She knows her stuff and has a great personality!
We always enjoy our dinner @ La Brasserie food is very consistent and always great. We sat on the patio and our table was very small even though there was just two of us. Overall a great experience each time we go!
We were seated quickly by a very pleasant hostess at a table next to the patio wall which location I had requested when I made the reservation - and our server was Robert who knew his wines. He also knew details of the food and with his help we shared a delicious beet and goat cheese salad - I had the special of the evening (duck) and my husband enjoyed the Arctic Char. Robert suggested a French Rhone white for me and my husband enjoyed 2 different French reds. We were happy to quickly look over the dessert menu - and then, when we asked for affogatos instead of the menu choices, Robert knew what they were and had them prepared them for us. Wonderful evening. La Brasserie Bistro is a "Must Go" every trip we take to the desert - and this experience was no exception.
The Alaskan halibut special Friday night was to die for. Also the Pinot Gris from France was perfect with it. Another perfect meal at my favorite Bistro.
Outdoor dining was great.
Sat on the patio, which was lovely, quiet, and enjoyable. The food was excellent as was the service. A good choice for a leisurely an pleasant dinner.
Excellent food! Very nice outdoor patio! Service is always good
Service was slow. I have not experienced that previously. I did not realize that on Sunday evenings entrees and bottles of wine are half-price so the restaurant was busy. Our waiter was inattentive and not friendly. It took an unusual amount of time to get our drink orders and bread for the table. I will be back, but perhaps not on a Sunday evening. My previous experiences were very positive
