Michelle was a great server.
Food good service terrible.
Delicious, and will become a routine date night spot.
Fish was very dry and brocolini was extremely salty.
Food was decent. Service was real good. The seats were uncomfortable. The backs of the booths are too vertical. The margaritas are small. The dumplings were delicious and the sushi rolls.
The table service was below average.
Our appetizer arrived shortly after the dinner.
Overall the meal was good but I was disappointed with the service.

Always excellent food.
Wonderful food, terrible service. We waited over 15 minutes for our check from our server. The busboy was very kind, he noticed our water was empty for some time so he refilled it cleared our plates.
Zach was very pleasant and funny easy to talk to even taught my best friend of 30 years how to use chopsticks and convince her to try something new and she liked it
Good food but prime rib was average. We sat by bar/ kitchen/cash register so not much for atmosphere. It was our anniversary so little disappointing. Overall it was good food and service.
Service was awesome, food came out quick, food was delicious, drinks were perfect. LOVED IT!

We had a wonderful time tonight at Kona Grill amidst restaurant week! We came at the end of Happy Hour and Jenesa was extremely accommodating. Our food and drinks came out quickly and she came back often to check on us. If you ever come in - ask for Jenesa!!! She’s amazing!

My Husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. We received a gift card to Kona so we had no choice but to try it out. Usually when I go to Kona it's happy hour and I wasn't to impressed so I never tried dinner. Well the drinks were great, the food was awesome and our service did a wonderful job.
Waited 30 minutes PAST my reservation time to be sat.
Good sushi. Server was decent but not outstanding. The manager did come around and was very personable. Good experience, but we’ve had better previously. Still very much enjoy coming here.
Food and service was great as always. We felt the staff did a nice job of practicing social distancing. Still seeing a few patrons trying to push the COVID boundaries.

Reservations were at 8:15 didn’t get seated until 9:00. Took an hour and 45 minutes to be served are food and it was ice cold. The table behind us was seated before us and had been waiting over 2 hours for there food. Talked to the manager and she blamed corporate for the problems. I disagree it’s a management issue not a corporate issue. They had more than enough staff just very poorly managed.
New Year’s Eve dinner with my hubby. We made reservations thru open table for 730 and got there on time just to be told there’s a wait due to scheduling conflicts with their people who do reservations. They told us to go wait in our car until they call us. We waited 40 minutes in our car till called. When seated service was very slow. Drinks came out late, appetizer late and also my husband dinner salad was forgotten and we had to ask server about it. When asked, the server said he didn’t realize he wanted it before the entree???? What? Well needless to say I ordered surf and turf and when my meal finally arrived my steak was literally cold and flavorless. Pretty sad for a $39 meal. When the server checked on us I told him about my steak being cold and flavorless and his statement was “Oh, really, I’m sorry you didn’t like it”. NO offer to fix it or make it right at all. I know it was New Year’s Eve and the place was busy and overbooked for sure but I will not be returning to this restaurant. Sad cause I was really excited to try it out. Not worth the $150 spent.
We came for New Years Eve. Somehow our reservation was cancelled through OpenTable but the restaurant accommodated us and got us seated within 20 minutes. Our waitress Michelle was amazing and we had a great dinner.
NYE Reservation. Showed up at 5:15 and took 45 minutes to get drinks. We spent over 3 hours in the restaurant total due to them being behind. Meals were taking 90+ minutes to get out to tables. Very understaffed and I’d give 1 star but the food was pretty good. We weren’t in a hurry so it’s fine but obvious staffing/training issues

Normal Rolls lacked flavor compared to other places even with the same price. Not really worth it to get normal rolls but special rolls cost a greater amount.

Came here for dinner on Christmas and it was very busy. Made a reservation and when we got there 5 minutes before reservation the hostess said there were 3 people in front of us. Which didn’t make sense to me since I made a reservation. They had a DJ which was fun, but seemed more of dance floor music then dinner music....confused by that too. Our food server talked more loudly then needed, not sure if she had a hearing deficit or what?? The food was the best part!! My husband and I shared the Picasso sushi and it was awesome! I had the Miso Sea Bass and it was really good. My husband had the ribeye which he said was cooked perfectly and very good. I also really enjoyed the flight of Saki I ordered. They need to have a better selection of tap beer though. And it was rather annoying that our food server came back 3 different times to tell us they were out of various things we tried to order. I guess maybe they weren’t expecting so many people that night.....??? Overall the food made us overlook the other things mentioned and I would recommend Kona Grill.

Restaurant was busy and kitchen slow. Drinks and food were very good and Alissa was a great server. We endured a 2 hour dinner but will return.
Koodos to the hostess who chose to clear out the waiting area since it got very crowded. She politely asked everyone to step outside until their reservation time. 😀

Place was a zoo, being one of the few open Christmas Day evening. Took hour half to get dinner which was very good there was a DJ cranking crazy music not Christmas music that was a huge annoyance waitress was fun see bass good

The food was delicious I have never had prime rib until that night our waiter Michelle was prompt on everything always checked on us to make sure that we was comfortable and everything was okay I highly recommend that everyone goes to this restaurant I love the atmosphere and I love the friendly people.
This is our second Christmas Eve in a row to eat at Kona where the food was just ok and the service was not very good. Kind of disappointing for a special holiday treat for our family. Next year we will probably try somewhere else.

Gathered here for happy hour! The food, menu options and service was great! The only upgrade is the restaurant was a bit chilly and drafty towards throughly it’s entirety. Did want to remove my coat due to the chilliness. Other than that it was a gr f experience!
