This place has really gone downhill along with the rest of the inner harbor around harbor place. Sad.

The fish and chips were way overpriced. It was $39 for one thin piece of fish that definitely was frozen. With a little side baskets of over cooked broken fries.

Visited to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. The place was virtually empty, which was nice. Only one waiter was assigned to our table. He was quiet and soft spoken but courteous. Even though the place was quiet, his voice was barely audible. The drinks and food came quickly and were pretty good. Nothing over the top in terms of service or food but the honoree loved it.

Too expensive for the portion! Waitress couldn’t remember our order had to come back to table to repeat it . She never returned to check on us or refill water glasses . Won’t return

If the restaurant was full, then I’d understand why it took so long for our food to arrive. But it wasn’t. What made matters worse is that several of our food selections were prepared incorrectly, so we had to send them back, then wait quite a while for our food again. This was our first visit to Kona grill, and it will probably be our last.

Reservations were not honored. Waited for 45 minutes and never got seated. Had to walk down to the Cheesecake Factory to get service.
