My mom, daughter, and I throughly enjoyed our visit to Kona Grill! We first visited a year ago, and enjoyed it so much that we made it a point to return! I love the tasting menu that is offered! It’s a fabulous selection of foods for an even better value. The salads were fresh and delicious, my steak was beautifully cooked, and my daughter raved about the chocolate cake; unfortunately I wasn’t able to have a dessert due to food allergies. Speaking of food allergies, I was very impressed by how conscientious our waiter was regarding my allergy. The effort he put in to making sure that my allergy was respected was exceptional! I look forward to my next trip to Baltimore so that I can make another visit to the Kona Grill! Thank you!

Food was good but not sure if it was equal to the price. Unfortunately the service was really bad. Our waitress seemed to have no interest in doing her job and we had to constantly flag her down. One of the orders came out wrong and after she said she’d bring the correct item out it never came. We also had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and when she came back the drinks were slammed down onto the table without even looking at us.

Went there for my birthday dinner. Waitress, Naja, was rude. We also saw here playing in her dread lots while standing at the pass waiting to handle the food. She was completely unattentive and took forever to get our drinks ordered and refilles. We were a party of 11 and she took our orders randomly so everyone was eating at different times. One guest's burger was wrong and sent back twice. That guest ended up not eating anything because they were too frustrated. No utensils were bought to the table, so guests that did get food first sat there waiting as their food got cold. We were told that root beer was out, but was still on our bill when we went to pay. We requested to speak to the manager and he acted as though he could care less about our complaints. I've eaten at Kona quite a few times and this is the first time I've ever had such a negative experience

Oh Kona Grill, what happened?! You used to be so good. This location simply needs to be put out of its misery. The fish tanks by the front door were so filthy that you couldn’t even see the (dead) fish in the water. The floors were dirty and sticky. Service was slow from a waiter who called me “bro”. Food was generally awful - kids food way overcooked, sushi was way over sauced and “fishy” (iykyk). Drinks were watered down. Prices were exorbitant to say the least. We’ve eaten at several Kona locations (all the way back to 2005!) but this was definitely our last. Really just awful.

Our waiter was nice, but a bit lost. The whole place was sticky, the floors, tables, chairs, etc. a few of us ordered prime rib medium rare, it came out medium well, and I think be it was boiled. Tasted like an old shoe. The potstickers were cold, and the Mac and cheese has no flavor. The list 30 beers, but only had 5. There were lights missing, mold on the ceiling and the fish tank was covered in allege. Stay away from this place, expensive for the worst meal and experience.

Loved it here. This location was a life saver after having gone to another restaurant close by that was an epic fail on my fiancés birthday. Kona was the perfect solution. Our service was amazing and the food was perfect portion, presentation and tempt. The drinks did not disappoint and thanks to Kim I was able to ensure my fiancé had a great birthday. Will be back for sure

Wonderful staff despite being understaffed (obvious) they maintained a good attitude. The food was sub par. Cold over salted fries, bland sushi, cold bland shrimp tacos. Incredibly disappointing

It took 40 minutes to get our drinks, we didn’t get silverware until we asked, our steaks were raw, all other food was cold, etc. our server tried his best! But overall a very poor experience.
