I used to love this restaurant prior to the COVID crisis. It was always a bit overpriced, but the tasty food and cocktails, location to the Harbor and nice ambience made it worth it. But it hasn't been up its original standards for years. I keep trying because the location is great and the atmosphere is nice, and I keep being disappointed. Ridiculously slow service, average food served at room temperature and overpriced. Luke warm food and slow service doesn't make sense when the restaurant is at a quarter of its capacity. Yet again, I planned a work dinner meeting there (due to its convenient location) where everyone was disappointed with the food and service.

I enjoyed my dining experience. The food was great! I choose the kona experience a pre fixed menu for $39 it was a great meal for the value.

Ladies room was absolutely filthy and. It stocked. Food was indifferent. Stomach still upset 5 hours later. Looked like a good pregame option but would not go back

Out of several beers. TVs stuck on truck rodeo. Food was fine, but disappointing, especially given then price

Decent food - bathrooms were disgusting. Ordered their cucumber cocktail which listed no sugar ingredients at all but was super sweet

We have been to various Kona Grill locations over the years and always rated them very very well. I am sad to say I cannot do so with the Baltimore Inner Harbor location. We arrived on time for a 7:30 reservation and were seated right away. 25 minutes later a server wandered by and took drink and meals orders. During the 15 minute wait for further interaction we had time to notice the absence of condiments, napkins, silverware, and waters. After 15 minutes the server came around and apologized that they had just sold the last of our choice (Sea bass. ) Not a wild surprise, so we each ordered fish and chips. 15 minutes later the server returned with one order of fish and chips. We had to coach him to seek the second order, find the ciders we ordered, bring glasses for said ciders, provide silverware, napkins and waters. After another 15 minutes the second order arrived. While the food was happily well prepared at that point we had one hot and one cool order to share. At the end of the meal the server realized we could not use the auto pay at the table because he had entered our order under the wrong table. This was not the way I had envisioned celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. We will absolutely come back to Baltimore, but we will not come back to this restaurant.

It was our first time at Kona Grill and we loved it. The Ribeye was extremely delicious and the Electric Lemonade was tasty. It was a little noisy and a bit pricey but overall would definitely recommend for special occasions.

Had a 5:00 pm reservation before a major event in Baltimore. I assumed the restaurant would have been prepared for the event. When you assume…. Seated well after the reservation time, they didn’t have knives as nine were available, service and food were poor. No one ever checked on us. Not returning.
