Exquisitely prepared and plated food and expertly crafted cocktails made for a wonderful evening! Our server was attentive and quick, pleasant and respectful. Perfectly prepared shrimp drizzled with a true classic zingy creole remoulade (not the mayonnaise-y ones that some places serve) over fried green tomatoes were my special favorites at Kingfish. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Food service was not good, took over 30 minutes for an appetizer and then brought entrees almost immediately after even though we ordered them much later. Food was average.

Overall a good experience. My red beans and rice with chicken was a bit too sweet and lacked enough rice for the meal. The drink was okay as well but I didn’t see the rum float (as advertised). That said the service was friendly and I’d return.

We found this restaurant by chance. We are about a 2 hour drive to New Orleans, so we frequently make the drive to have a nice meal and enjoy the city. We found Kingfish and took a look at the menu before booking. We were truly blown away by Kingfish when we arrived. We had a nice quiet table near the back window and thoroughly enjoyed the photos and paintings on the walls. We enjoyed bottomless mimosas (we recommend the Blood Orange) and the food was beyond our expectations, which were already high. This will definitely be a new go-to brunch spot for our trips to New Orleans.

We selected Kingfish on a recommendation from a friend and could not have been more delighted. The food was superb, as well as the service and ambience. Highly recommend the restaurant, you won't be disappointed!

Date night. First time dining at this restaurant. The food and service was great. Fried green tomatoes ❤️, pepper jelly fried chicken with greens and twice baked potatoes ❤️catfish with fresh crabmeat sauce ❤️. We will be returning 💯
