We live like to get together to watch our football games! It’s a great place to see every game and the food is fantastic! Staff really cares about their guests and that’s awesome!

Service was very good-even with a trainee our waiter wasn’t slowed down. Most of the food (ribs, poppers, short ribs etc) was really good. The brisket salad had good ingredients but the lettuce was still wet and therefore watered down everything in the bowl.

Food is horrible. Waitress was awesome. A customer threw a fit in restaurant near our table and management did not even apologize. Don't eat here .

We made a reservation for 16 at 7:45pm to celebrate my husbands 20th year in the Marine Corps. Keep in my we were not a rambunctious, younger group. The demographic of our party was a very eclectic, respectful upper 30's to mid-40's mostly couples. We received a confirmation call the morning of the was quick and to the point, but not friendly. At 7pm I received a call asking if we were still coming. The caller was very rude and acted like we were late for our reservation. I confirmed yes, we are coming and verified our reservation was for 7:45pm. The entire night out party was made to feel like we were an inconvenience. While our main waiter, Peter was by for the nicest of all the waiters there. He is the only employee there to smile the whole evening. Our party had to go to the bar numerous times to get drinks because service was so slow. Our party kept commenting on the rudeness of the service there and how unwelcome they all felt. While the room for larger parties is very nice and created and nice environment for us and the food was good, for service is such a disappointment.

The food and service were good. I was hesitant at first after reading some reviews about the service, but I told myself I have to give it a try and see for myself. I'm glad I did because they have good food and the service was pretty good as well. We did not wait that long for our food as some of the reviews I read. The waitress we had was good and attentive.

I had a 6:00 p.m. reservation and was able to move it to 7:00 p.m. without a problem. I guess because it's Sunday. It wasn't busy at all. I will definitely come back.

We went here for my birthday dinner. We had a group of 16. They were ready and waiting for us when we showed up. We were seated immediately. I have an 8 year old son and we had family ranging from two years old to 60. This place had something for all of us ! Kids were happy , the wife's were happy and my birthday was amazing! Great beer selection ! The service was truly amazing! Our server was a girl named kaily(spelling may very) with a personality that was out of this world! She entertained the kids and the adults. I would recommend this place for pretty much anything from casual dinner to big birthday party's! It was so good we went back the next because we were staying at the hotel. I can't wait to go back !!!

I suggested this place and our service was aweful and food was badly prepared. First off the waitress forgot one of our salads. This would not have been an issue if she ever came back to check on us. Next a few of us ordered burgers. All of us orders them medium and they all came out well done. My son ordered a cheese pizza and it came out cold and stale. We would have said something right away but we were hungry after waiting just under an hour for our food. We called the manager over and offered to remake food. We asked for chicken nuggets for my son and when he got it, he bit into a piece of over cooked shrimp. Now our waitress shows up and offer us free dessert which they forgot to bring us. They did discount our bill, but not enough to make me go back and definitely not recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I have no complaints about our server...he was attentive and professional. However what was suppose to be a positive dining experience was anything but. Because the steak dish was 14 oz, we ordered 2 steak dinners, with a white bourbon sauce to split amongst 3 people. We ordered both steaks medium rare. The steaks we received were so rare (red meat with a cold center) that even our server noticed they were not cooked as ordered as soon as we made the first cut into them. He took them back to be cooked a little longer. The manager came over and apologized and asked if we wanted two new steaks. We told him that would not be necessary and to just instruct the kitchen to cook them medium rare. When the steaks were returned to us they cooked the sauce off and did not replace it with more sauce. We also no longer had the same appetite and left a good portion of our steak behind (we were visiting from out of town and staying at a hotel so we could not ask for a doggy bag). We feel management should have offered to take one of the dinners off the bill or st the very least offer a free dessert or not charge for the one round of drinks that we had. Needless to say the birthday celebration that I had planned for my friend was ruined as the whole experience put a damper on everyone's mood not to mention paying $120.00 (before tip) for a meal we were unable to enjoy. I will not be returning to this establishment nor will I recommend it to my friends.

This was a birthday celebration that I was hosting for my dau and the RSVP's became quite inaccurate at the end. We only had 7 guests instead of 10 and were still charged 20% gratuity. Now ordinarily I would just shrug it off to bad luck, but 20% was also applied to the already over the top charge of $20 to open a bottle of champagne...we had two...plus the fact I purchased a birthday cake there to save on the $3.50 per person slice charge if we brought our own. I could have sliced and served it myself for free! The cake was no where near as good as the cake I would have purchased, but the cost was prohibitive. So I ended up paying a 20% service/gratuity on the entire bill.

The Top Sirloin I had was tasty. My daughter ordered chicken and it was over cooked and lacked taste. Our server was very attentive. The atmosphere was good, just what I'd expect for a sports bar & grill.

I was not impressed at all with service and the 12.95 bbq chicken came with just 2 pieces of chicken and I picked a side of fries. Nothing else. It was like a kids plate. Presentation was awful and food tasted just ok. I will have to find another place.

I felt like the service was a little slow. I don't think that it was the servers fault but it was still too slow. We had a large party and I feel that it is ridiculous that you do not split checks. I am also very disappointed that i had put in the notes that it was for a surprise party ant when I came with the birthday boy the hostess ruined the surprise by saying... "they're upstairs!" I was very upset about that!!! We cam and spent a lot of money on food and drinks to make this night a special night and I just don't feel like it turned out as good as it should have!!

The entire experience was memorable. We had requested a handicap accessible table through OpenTable.com and it was set and waiting for us when we arrived. There was no waiting involved. The food was very good and prompt. Our party had a variety of foods (salads, burgers, pasta, reuben sandwhich) and all were pleased with the quality of the meals. The best part of the meal was the desserts: apple tart and chocolate chip cheesecake. Make sure to save room for them (they are big enough to share)!

We have dined at Kelsey's many times over the past years and have always had a pleasant experience with good food and service. However on this date, which just happened to be my birthday, the service was very poor. The waitress was inattentive, for example, she never told us the specials, never asked if we wanted an appitizer or drinks, never refilled our water glasses, and could seem to care less about us. The food was still top rate, however, it will be sometime before we go there again.

This was not our first time at Kelsey's. We love Kelsey's and it is one of our favorite restaurants. The ambiance is nice, friendly and relaxed. Their food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. Even if you don't gamble, Kelsey's is a very good reason to visit Pechanga Resort. If you enjoy sports, you can watch several different big screen tv's while you eat or enjoy a drink. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I had a party of 4 for dinner and on the most part the dinner was not acceptable. 2 people in my party order the barbecue pork ribs. It was mostly fat and the part that was meat was like jerky. The meat was dried out and covered up with barbcue sauce. It should have never been serve. For myself I ordered the filet mignon and it had no flavor to it. This was my third time there and I was so disappointed in the food that I will not return again.

I had a great time here. I absolutely loved walking past the long line of people waiting, and taken to my table. Thank goodness for reservations. My only complaint was that I asked for my sandwich to have no mayo, but it did. I didn't say anything, but I wish the restaurant had paid better attention to my order.
