   We ordered the lamb, salmon, and kofta kabob mezze's for lunch. The meats were over cooked, and the accompanied rice was dry. I wish that the cook/chef paid more attention to the foods before they got delivered to the table. We've been to all the restaurants at this intersection this past week and the Zin American Bistro was a much better place to eat at. Lulu and Kaiser got too complacent.

   Bought a “prime 14 ounce ribeye.” No way this was a ribeye, was tough and lean like a New York strip. No way this was prime, tasted like a six dollar stater brothers steak. Was about half an inch thick. And absolutely no more than 10 ounces. Extremely disappointed for 54 bucks. The only saving grace is they gave us 25% off. But it should’ve been comped.

   The host was a train wreck. We had a reservation. They told us that we had to wait in a long line with people that did not have reservations. When we got to the host they said there weren’t any tables and told us they would text us. We waited at the bar where we observed them seating other people that came after us and did not have a reservation. After 20 minutes of waiting I went back up there and voiced my frustration and they seated us.

   This was the second time at Kaiser. Our first waiter was amazing and made all the difference for a couple of Canadians who were not familiar. This guy was short and didn’t follow up. Food was amazing! Just be aggressive.

    The food was good. My husband loved his pasta dish, my margarita pizza was good not great. Our waiter was excellent. The host was a bit annoying with his condescending attitude, no need for that. It won't hurt you or business if you crack a smile.
