We went for a specific dish, (scallops) but it was no longer on the menu. No big deal. Service was slower than expected considering it was a slow Sunday night and only 1 or 2 other tables occupied. My wife's steak was excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. My lobster ravioli was quite lackluster and seemed like a dish that was heated from frozen in a microwave. It was a Little disappointing considering my ravioli was $42. The drinks were average for the price. I ordered a makers mark old fashion. My wife order some "fancy" drink and felt it was a little light on alcohol for the price. We tipped well because we appreciate the employees but probably won't be back anytime soon, if at all.

We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience!! They specialty margaritas were fantastic our Calamari starter was tender and tasty. The four of us enjoyed the Tomahawk steak dinner with the most delicious whipped potatoes and fab grilled asparagus and carrots to the over the top strawberry crumble!! Our steak was so tender and juicy and cooked to perfection!! Renee our server was so welcoming and helpful she truly made the evening a delight for us we won’t be forgetting it anytime soon!!!

Food and atmosphere were great but we felt as though the server was rushing us, even though we had a reservation and there were plenty of empty tables.

Mediterranean salad was more like soup with all the dressing they mixed into it. The cheeseburger which I ordered medium was cooked well like fry well. The bacon seemed that it was fried in the deep frier in the morning and thrown on the burger after it was cooked. There was a large party that was really loud and kids right next to us. Ate 1/2 the salad and 1/2 the burger and a drink. $100 bucks.

This is one of our go to restaurants in Palm Springs. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere with good service. For cocktails, we had the cherry margarita and French 75. Both were very good. For dinner, we had the beet salad, coconut shrimp and Mediterranean swordfish. Everything was delicious and artfully prepared. We will definitely be back!

As a former server I rarely give negative reviews. But Kaiser is very overpriced. The food was good, not great, and the service was ok. Ordered paella at $50 and then told an extra plate for guests to sample was a $6 upcharge. Ridiculous so refused it. Too many other restaurants in town that aren't so pricey. Sorry.

We had heard an advertisement on the radio that they were running a special from 4 PM to 6 PM a two course meal for $19.99. When we got there, we discovered that it was really $19.50 and up. There was one entrée on the menu that was $19.50. The rest of the entrées were full price and ranged anywhere from the high 20s to the high 50s. Slightly disappointed at the misinformation from the radio commercial. But the food was good and the service was impeccable.

I'm giving this five stars because the food was delicious and the portions were very large. The service was just ok. Although our server was pretty attentive, she had zero knowledge of the menu. She said she just got back after a few weeks of being gone but she never should have been working with such limited menu knowledge. It was incredibly frustrating. Still food was great.
