Ka’ana, meaning “to share” in Hawaiian, delivers farm-fresh, seasonal and sophisticated food utilizing the unforgettable rich island flavors of Maui. The menu is curated nightly to stimulate a sense of adventure, adding local tastes and aromas with twists.

The restaurant offers a unique, residential style setting with views of Mokapu Beach and the cascading infinity pools of the resort. The restaurants outdoor dining offers you front row seats to the sun setting over the horizon, or the indoor seating offers you a show as you watch the chefs create your dinner in the open-aired kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant.

    This is the main restaurant for the Andaz Resort and it was surprisingly good. The staff was excellent, informative and extremely professional. We ate there multiple times and were always pleased with the food and service. Recommended for a couple or a family night out.

    Experience was OK through appetizers. Three of four entrees came out. The fourth entree came out five to ten minutes later. The two fettuccine entrees (one that came with the two other entrees, the other that came late) were very different. The first was very peppery. The second was very saucy/liquidy. The ribeye ($110) was 2/3 fat and terrible. The fish of the day (mahi mahi) came with black rice that was watery. The mahi mahi was seasoned well, but overcooked.

    The food and service was wonderful. Would highly recommend the octopus salad very tasteful very fresh. I’ve never eaten a better piece of octopus, multiple appetizers the salads were all wonderful and unique. The noise level, even though we were eating outside was too loud, a local musician who was playing at an adjacent restaurant the volume of the music made difficult to talk /communicate.

    Easter brunch buffet was amazing. The food was all excellent especially the king and snow crab spread. The prime rib and chicken carving stations were also great. No complaints. You do get what you pay for.
