Excellent food and service- cocktails good as well!
Dinner was delicious and the presentation was great. Restaurant felt very safe - there were no tables within more than 6 feet of us. Going back...
One of the best meals I had in my life. Can’t believe it took my 7 years to finally eat at juniper!!
You must dine here. When in the valley you must make a reservation and done here. Excellent wine list. All your favorites. Absolutely everything on the menu is outstanding. We love it all. Apps and salads are all delicious, every entree is cooked and served to perfection. Save room for dessert. They are a wonderful ending. The Wait staff is impeccable.
We love Juniper and try to get to this restaurant several times per month. The food is always delicious and the ambiance is great. We highly recommend dining at Juniper.
Service was outstanding and food extremely good, very nice experience!!!
We love Juniper, 2nd visit in three weeks! Great meal, great service, rib-eye is incredible!
Excellent service and food!
This was our first trip to the Vail valley and this was the best restaurant we enjoyed. It’s a can’t miss!
We came for NYE and had reserved an outdoor table. We were seated in the atrium which felt more like an embassy suites lobby. The bar/ drill next door had their doors open so we got the loud music/ atmosphere from them. Juniper also had set up speakers in the atrium playing “club type” jams. We would have much preferred a table in their covered outdoor area vs being seated in the atrium. It seemed to have ruined the entire vibe/ atmosphere we were hoping to experience on NYE.
Fantastic Food and Service! All our dishes were very flavorful.
We had a great time! Food and service were awesome as always! We love juniper♥️
Great setting, high ceilings, very widely spaced tables. Very Covid careful. Menu is great and diverse. We have eaten here often and it is definitely one of the top restaurants in all of Vail valley. Prices fair...runs about $100 pp including appetizer, main course, two drinks each and 20% tip.
Visiting Vail for the holidays and we were looking for wonderful dine in experiences! Juniper was wonderful! Jamie provided outstanding service and the chef did a superb job with our plates! We tried just about everything and enjoyed it all thoroughly!
We dined at Juniper for our anniversary celebration. Food and service are outstanding. Very original preparations and some interesting ingredients. It’s always a pleasure to dine at Juniper.
Wonderful dining experience and ambiance. Jamie was attentive, but not intrusive and the food was superb. Jamie noted a couple of food allergies in our party and successfully steered us to some delicious options. A magical evening!
It was our 25th Anniversary.
This is our second time at Juniper. Food and service is fantastic.
Excellent Food, great staff and service and a very hospitable environment! A must stop when you are in the area!
Always friendly best service and amazing food
Our favorite place to eat!!! Mani is the BEST!!!
Absolutely delicious! It's alway so good and our favorite spot in the valley!
As usual, Juniper met all our expectations. I live here (for many years), and my brother and his wife bought a condo in Beaver Creek but are returning to winter in Puerto Vallarta! So it was a going away dinner for our small family. And it was delicious! And our waitress was spectacular. Always there when we needed her. Thank you, Doug!

Always fabulous
Always a great experience, thanks! The salmon with corn bisque ranks in the top ten meals ... ever! Yum!!!
Juniper is my all time favorite restaurant in the greater Vail Valley. They have been diligently working to keep the customers safe during this COVID time. The food NEVER disappoints. I love the staff - many have been there for years and know the regulars.
Why don’t I get points for this reservation?
We have only been out to dinner one time since COVID started. It was wonderful to be sitting in a restaurant again, enjoying a good meal. The food was wonderful. The wait staff was very good and very thankful that we were there. The social distancing was well enforced. We felt safe.
Awesome yumminess!
Fantastic food, very creative combinations cooked perfectly, in a beautiful setting with friendly and attentive service!
The best restaurant in CO and possibly the US. Our very favorite for special occasions. They make any meal special but with our wedding anniversary, it was extra special. Service is outstanding.
Fantastic meal. App, main and dessert were all amazing .
Went on the recommendation of a friend - a quick weekend away for a special anniversary amid COVID. Though we sat outside the main restaurant, the service was still impeccable and friendly, the wine list extensive and not overpriced, and the food very prompt and VERY good. Wonderful time!
Best restaurant in Edwards! Great food, great atmosphere, great people.
Delicious!
This was our second time to have dinner at Juniper. It was excellent. It certainly isn’t inexpensive; however, it is well worth the cost. I’m sure we will go each time we are in the area.
Juniper is one of my favorite places to dine in the Vail Valley. Food is always excellent, great wines and impeccable service. Doug, the owner, strives to make everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend making a reservation to enjoy Juniper on your next visit to Vail.

They innovate and still maintain their classics
It’s a sure bet in the valley
