My husband and I visited Jing for our anniversary. Despite many friends warning us that this restaurant had gone down hill in the past years, we decided to try it anyway. We should have listened. We were sat in the dining room next to some painted bamboo that is held together with zip ties and decorated with horrible looking fake flowers. The bamboo had food splatter on them which was easy to see as the bamboo was painted white. The entire dining room was dated. The table wobbled so much if that we were scared that our drinks would tip over. The server greeted us promptly and asked if we had dined at Jing before. I was surprised when after we told her that we hadn’t been there before she just said “ok, I’ll give you time to look over the menu then” and walked away. No suggestions, no personality, nothing. When she approached again we asked her for some recommendations to which she gave us several recommendations and stated that “you can find them somewhere on the menu. I’ll be back” We ordered an appetizer and entrees and asked her to wait until we were finished with our appetizers before she put in our entree order. But about 4 minutes after we received our appetizers, the entrées arrived. Half way through finishing dinner, the check was dropped and we never saw our server again. She never asked if we wanted dessert, which we would have liked. All in all, they pushed us out in an hour. My husband and I were so disappointed. We will not be returning.

It was a lovely belated Valentine! The ambience is amazing with all the pink flowers and the lighting. Breathtaking! And the food was exquisite in presentation and tasted delectable!

We had a reservation, arrived on time and were taken to our seat. Our waitress came by to introduce herself and we never saw her again. Multiple tables that sat after we did received service - were given the chance to order drinks and food, and several even received their drinks. We tried several times to catch our server’s attention and were unable to do so. We ultimately walked out of the restaurant and no one said a thing.

I do not need scantily clad women employees walking around and the 1.5 hour limit for a table makes you feel rushed and uncomfortable. I will not eat there again.

Our server was great and the food, especially our desert was over the top. The only suggestion I have is that it was pretty drafty where our table was located even with heavy draperies. Perhaps you could think about some floor heating for those tables next to the windows on the west side.

We came here for a post valentines dinner and it felt very rushed. We ordered sushi rolls and they came out very fast, oddly fast. Do you all pre-make these? The service was speedy but for a nice restaurant the food should be staggered allowing time to enjoy being out to dinner. I’m impressed by how fast and efficient the service was. Our waitress was kind and good. It was just not the quality time experience we were expecting. The sushi was good maybe 6/10, nothing special.
