You have reserved a true traditional Japanese experience floor seating (with no well under the table for legs). Remove your shoes, and take a step onto our tatami room. A garden window view completes this unique dining experience. This is a unique experience, but it can be challenging for those with limited flexibility. Please let us know in advance if you need to change these reservations, as we will not be able to offer other options upon arrival. Children under 10 are not recommended.

Redeemed the last time I ate here for dinner which was a horribly disappointing experience. Lunch was much better today and better service.

We sat outside in the covered gazebo, they had blankets & heaters going so we were very comfortable. We tried 4 different tapas & they were all amazing. Will definitely go again on our next visit to town.

We had a great time, the food was delicious and the ambiance was impeccable. Best of all, our server Pablo took great care of us and had the best sake recommendations. I highly recommend Izanami.

Always the best experience. I love sitting at the bar with my pug Morty. The staff is on a first name basis with him. Food is always fantastic, and the saké list is one of the best and most exhaustive in the country

One of the best restaurants is Santa Fe. Unique Japanese food, great menu and phenomenal service. Consider the ride up from lower parking lot on the Shuttle. Walking sometimes can be challenging.

You make your way up the winding road to restaurant, which is nestled into the hillside and walk into a room that looks out over the landscape. The interior is gorgeous - a large sprawling octopus light crawls along the ceiling. The window seats look out on to the landscape. We arrived directly at 5pm and it was fairly quiet, but not dead. People were arriving as we were eating - I imagine it gets very busy later on. The service is fantastic - attentive, but not annoying. The server was knowledgable about the food (I'm vegetarian) and the drinks selection, which is vast. The food is beautiful - really wonderful tastes and textures. We tried the Japanese mushrooms, tempura cauliflower (which was a little spicy for me), the avocado, the croquettes, which were INCREDIBLE, and my daughter had sushi. She finished off her meal with a pear tart, which had a subtle taste of miso. I thoroughly recommend coming here - I will most definitely be back.
