Easter lunch. Ivars Mukilteo is always a great place with a fabulous view

We had a great Easter brunch here. Great view and food!

I was pleased we were able to be seated early. However, our server Michael kind of rushed things a little bit. Our actual meal came early, noticeably enough that the server commented to us he knew his timing was off. Our entrees sat a good 10 minutes while we finished our salad.
We were never offered a refill for water or drinks. We were not offered the menu to review for desert, but luckily I remembered something that caught my eye while ordering dinner. At end of the meal, we were not asked if there was anything else, just if it was ok to bring the check.
I don’t know if it was due to reserving through open table, versus calling Ivar’s directly for a reservation, of because we were seated early, or due to Covid-19 procedures, but it is the first time in several years of attending for either a birthday or anniversary that we did not receive a small card. Not saying I expected it, but it was something done previously that has put a little touch of being personable and made our occasion feel a little more special.
The food was absolutely amazing, as always. We’ll be back, as it was not an unpleasant experience, just noticeable. Ivar’s did a phenomenal job by taking patron and employee safety into account, between tables, without impeding on the ambiance.
Would not be opposed to the plexiglass being left up over time as it helped with person space between tables.

Halibut was delish but was served over mashed potatoes which can mess with halibut consistency. My spouse got halibut & chips and the consistency was perfect.

Wonderful seafood, great ambiance & service. Will be back!

Great food and service, doing a really good job with COVID safety.

First lunch in a restaurant in over a year. Ivar’s was the perfect choice for our vaccinated group of five old high school friends. Something good on the menu for everyone. And, as good as I remember!

Great views, great food, good value, and the servers are friendly and fun.

We ate at Ivar's after being fully vaccinated, only because we didn't have a lot of choice about where to eat at the time. The clam chowder, salmon and crab cakes were delicious as usual. Plexiglass divided the tables and the staff wore masks the whole time. We felt very comfortable even though we had not eaten in a restaurant for a year.

We enjoyed a spectacular night with great service and excellent food. I highly recommend the halibut!

Waiter was great, food was slow

Service was great but food was awful. No pieces of crab/lobster in bisque, halibut was dry and def seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp, husband had to spit out a piece of ahi tuna bc it was too chewy, halibut special was $39 for 7 Oz of halibut, white rice, and asparagus and sweet sour sauce. Crab cakes were OK, but not great. Beautiful dining room but food is not fine dining. Just stick to fish and chips.

Fantastic birthday lunch for 2 at Ivar's Mukilteo. Service was excellent and the food superb. Perfect place for a wonderful meal. We were also spoiled by the sunny weather and beautiful views of the sound. Could not have been better.

Great experience! Had amazing service from Linda. She is amazing at her job and makes you feel at home. The food was great, but I do think it’s a little over priced. Besides that I’m thrilled they were open and had a great dinner

Decided to go to Ivar's Mukilteo Landing on recent trip to visit friends. We always make time for a lunch or dinner at Ivar's when we are in Mukilteo. It is our favorite!

We were taken to a table at the window. Had a fabulous view. Had a very good appetizers and dinner. Followed by a very good desert. Service was very good and we really enjoyed it.

Always a good meal and experience at Ivars.

We love Ivar’s. This was not our best experience.

It was our anniversary and no steps were taken to acknowledge this event (was made known during reservation process).

During reservation process we did request a table by the window and we did not end up with a table by a window.

My significant other ordered steak medium well and it was well undercooked.

Our salad/appetizer were brought out only minutes before our entrees. Due to the tiny table, I had no room. I ended up having to lift my salad dish which I was eating from so the waitress could set down my entree, and wound up having to eat the rest of my salad while holding it up in front of my face.

We were disappointed in this service and experience this time around.

What a wonderful dinner out. Our waiter was phenomenal. The food was fantastic. One of our favorite places to visit!

Absolutely loved our dinner here! Food was fabulous. Two of us ordered the cedar planked salmon. One with the cornbread pudding which was great and I have to be gluten free so I got the jasmine rice instead. It was fantastic! My husband ordered the seafood platter and loved it! The atmosphere is as wonderful as the food. Take a stroll on the boardwalk before or after dinner and savor the view!

The food was great as always. Our server was attentive and efficient without making us feel like he was hovering. I was glad we chose Ivar's for our anniversary dinner.

We enjoyed a delicious halibut dinner and the presentation was fabulous. Our waiter, Jared was excellent. And, we had a lovely view watching the Washington State ferries come and go! The

Service was outstanding. Food and drinks excellent. Window seat with beautiful view of water and montains. Going back to sample more dishes!

The noise level was high but that is because everyone at our table likes to laugh and have fun!

You can get better quality but you can’t pay more.

I was disappointed in the Seafood Stew. I did not get halibut and there was suppose to be king crab leg and I got a joint with next to nothing in crab meat. Sad for the cost.

We had dined at Ivar's Mukilteo Landing over a year ago. Prices had gone up from $25 to $30 per plate. But we were happy to discover that the portion sizes had also gone up. While the food had been good before, it was excellent this time around. I had the sockeye salmon and my wife had the fresh halibut. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Our server, Michael, was personable and provided excellent service without being intrusive. He truly turned our dining experience into a joyful memory. My wife was given a complimentary dessert for her birthday. She chose the chocolate cake. Michael brought it out with a candle on it. It was the best chocolate cake we have ever eaten. If you dine there and decide to have dessert, try the chocolate cake. It is baked fresh in the restaurant. We will be returning to Ivar's again in the near future.

The ambiance was absolutely beautiful! The presentation of the the food was equally lovely. The seasoning of the food fell short for me.

Easy to get reservation line. Food was excellent. Service was extraordinary. Respected two old ladies. Honored birthday card. I would recommend Ivars to anyone.

Our server (Allison?) was just perfect, the view outstanding, the food quite good.
