Este establecimiento ofrece una experiencia auténtica en Raleigh. El Irregardless abrió en 1975 y se hizo famoso por su ambiente hippie y su comida vegetariana. En los años 80, fue el primer restaurante de Carolina del Norte donde estaba prohibido fumar. Hoy, el Cafe es el restaurante de Raleigh que más tiempo lleva abierto con el mismo propietario.     Excellent gf chicken and waffles - must try. Waffle so fluffy and chicken so crispy. The homemade honey mustard is fantastic. Even my mimosa was delicious- they must squeeze fresh juice in house Def make a reservation for brunch. It does get crowded/a lil noisy

    The fried calamari was amazing as was our server. It was the perfect spot for a quick bite before a concert.

    Our first visit did not disappoint! Great food, quickly delivered by super friendly and helpful waiter; awesome live music that was enjoyed at a level that did not interfere with conversation.

    We were here for a celebration of my friends’ birthday dinner. We had a wonderful waiter. I cannot remember name but she had red hair. Her table side manner was beyond incredible! We had a large party and she was able to accommodate everyone’s needs and orders without hesitation. I was able to bring in a person cake and candles for the celebration and the staff allowed me to store it in the fridge and even cut and served it for us. The food was incredible and the ingredients were extremely fresh. Will definitely be returning. The whole staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere was very inviting. 10/10 recommend!

    Excellent food and attentive service. We ordered fried zucchini, cauliflower curry, and spanakopita. Everything exceeded expectations.
