    This was one of the first restaurants I went to after moving to Raleigh and loved it. My mom a vegan came with and she had a so many options not available at other restaurants. The waitstaff was amazing and we plan to go again in the future.

    There seems to be no point in making a reservation here. We were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time, while walk-ups were being given the "first come, first serve" seating. How does this make sense? Wouldn't it be smart to offer your reservations whatever seating you have and allow them to make the choice? I was incredibly hungry upon arrival so watching walk-ups being seated was very frustrating. My husband asked several times about seating and NEVER once were we offered the first come, first serve seating. When I finally asked about the walk-ups being seated, I was met with an attitude by a male host. If the restaurant is THAT busy on certain days, perhaps they should consider 2 things to help. 1. Reservations should be given options above those without a reservation, including the first come, first serve seating. 2. The restaurant should consider time limits on seating. If people are sitting at a table chatting and not eating for 2hrs while others are waiting, this is a problem. I don't like to be this person, but this experience was frustrating and annoying.

    I’ve lived in Raleigh since 2006 and caught heat every time I’ve mentioned never haven’t eaten here. Now I’m kicking myself for missing out all of these years. Great season menu, small plates and mains. I’ll def be back often to make up for lost time.

    Food was wonderful as usual. We had the frittata and the open face veg sandwich, both were delicious. Disappointed there was no live music.

    who knew a gluten free vegan waffle could be so delicious!!! My son had the crab cake benedict with potatoes and said it was outstanding! yum!
