Italian | Western Springs, West Suburbs

This is our third experience with Davanti, once in Chicago and twice in Western Springs. We enjoy everything about this place, the rustic ambiance, the walls of wine bottles, the distressed wood floor --all designed to feel like a bit of Italy. Of course, the food is delicious and several notches above the typical Italian Restaurant. The service is always friendly and competent. It is a fantastic dining experience!!! More

Discover Western Springs

In 2015, Western Springs was voted one of the best cities in Illinois to raise a family. The great schools and frequent community events were listed as reasons for the vote, but who's to say the food here didn't give Western Springs an extra edge against the competition? The kid-friendly vibe of this suburb certainly extends to the local restaurants. With everything from charming pizzerias serving Chicago-style deep-dish pies to adorable little cafes and bakeries overflowing with sugary goodness, you're sure to find something for every member of the family. For parents who want a night out for themselves, keep in mind that many of the restaurants in Western Springs doesn't allow any establishments to serve alcohol due to the town's Quaker heritage.
