I had Neapolitan pizza and the lamb. Both were excellent. The vegetables with the lamb were uniquely prepared (beans and carrot) and the mint pesto perfect. Thanks
Good comfort food. Service was excellent.
An excellent Thanksgiving Dinner.
On vacation, planning ahead and it was closed. Please update hours so people who travel and want to plan ahead aren't left in the cold... was looking forward to it, has great reviews otherwise.
Everything was awesome, from the 90’s jams when we sat down to the Nutella cheesecake at the end, start to finish, fantastic!
It was okay, service was good but the food was something you would get at an amc theater. Overall wouldn’t eat there again.
We enjoyed the ambiance, service, and many of our dishes very much! The oven roasted olives and fennel salad were unique and delicious - absolutely worth writing home about. Our server was also kind and helpful.
Unfortunately the pasta was a disappointment, which soured the taste of the evening as we had selected an Italian restaurant specifically for pasta. We ordered the black garlic pasta, which was lacking in flavor itself as well as the sauce in which it was served.
We may return and give the pizza a try though!
Best Lasagna I have ever had! Our server was awesome - cheerful, attentive, timely, accurate, helpful.
Great food, great service and what more can you ask for.
Fantastic service. Entrees too salty unfortunately
Only one server during lunch time attending 6 tables
Arugula salad not fresh
Pasta was awful
Burger was average
Best was the bread and French fries
I want to explain my rating under service and ambiance. First off, Jackson Hole is under a mask mandate for Covid and people are taking it seriously. That may be why the positivity rate is well below the 5% target rate. It was heartening for us to see people taking Covid seriously. Then we got to this restaurant. The staff was wearing masks and all seemed fine until they seated us. Literally the tables are less than two feet apart! Both of the people at tables next to us were as nervous as we were. I don't blame the staff as they did a nice job of taking care of us and were able to relocate some diners to better accomplish social distancing. But clearly management of this restaurant is asleep at the wheel. Shame on them! We are very unlikely to ever return and cannot recommend this restaurant given their Covid approach. It's also not what we experienced throughout the rest of Teton Village where businesses did a much better job managing an appropriate Covid response.
Not for out of towners
Osteria NEVER fails to give us good service and good food.
Clearly having staff issues. Super crowded. Have eaten here many tomes in the past two years, but obliviously something is up. Steaks 1/3 of an inch thick, but somehow overcooked. Bibb lettuce salad was flavorless, the cheese wasn’t what was specified on the menu and it was not dressed. Awful.
Wonderful service and food! Ambiance would have been better if the tables hadn’t been so close together.
Great food and service!
Really cute place. The food was very good quality Italian. The calamari appetizer was super delicious. My husband had the squid ink risotto which was amazing and I had seafood pasta which was tossed in a yummy tomato sauce with mussels, clams and shrimp. Would for sure eat here again
We had a reservation but still had to wait for a table. We were placed at a small two top very close to other diners on both sides so it was hard to have a discussion. Server was fine, but she had too many tables to give proper attention and we had to ask for things from other employees. Food was decent but my steak had to be sent back as it was undercooked. They did offer a free dessert for our trouble.
Food and wine were excellent. Tables were too close. Server could have been a bit more attentive. Music was 70s rock and pop. Not quite right for the Italian theme. Comments are meant to be constructive, not critical. We enjoyed the experience very much. The food was extraordinary.
Dined here twice during our Tetons vacation. The olives are a tasty appetizer! We also enjoyed pizza and seafood pasta dishes. The service was also very good. It was a delightful experience to dine here!
Lovely, well-run bistro. Outdoor seating was great. Loved the Italian wines. Food was good not great.
Great food, great service.
Amazing food and drinks. Great service
Great food! Service was good. Music was WAY too loud & didn’t match the ambiance/theme of the restaurant. Black ink risotto was delicious!
Limited menu with eclectic items. Burrata was excellent starter. Trout was excellent pasta was very good. Service was super quick, could have been spread out an extra 5 minutes between courses.
Very crowded and the noise was way over the top. But even worse was the food. The Buffalo Steak, I had was one of the two toughest steaks I've ever eaten and I'm in my 70's. The fingerling potatoes were over cooked. Even the prosciutto was tough - it was cut thicker than I'd ever seen before. The Opentable menu is out of date - they no longer serve the Venison or Buffalo Tenderloin. How anyone can claim this restaurant is "For Foodies" is beyond me.
Solid Italian food
Best lamb I have had.
First time at your place, recommended by our son who is a regular. It was very difficult to find. Had to ask 4 people. No parking at the hotel entrance so we had to go around back by Mangey Moose. Asked more people. Finally found you! The rest was great. You need signage please!
Everything is fine except the noise level is overwhelming at times…..
Me and my husband went for our last honeymoon dinner in the Village and it was outstanding overall!! Really loved our experience
Food was very good however the loud music took away from the experience
We sat outside. Heaters were available and on. Food very good with excellent service. Would recommend
Our pasta was cold and nobody cared when we asked for the check with full plates. Very disappointing to spend so much for our meals with very little eaten.
Amazing Buffalo carpaccio- excellent selections of wine by the glass… one bartender too busy to be friendly - the other super engaging bit needed to circle back as busy guy was, well, busy…
We were able to get a table outside! It was a lovely experience, and the service was top-notch.
Excellent food and service. Enjoyed sitting outside with the beautiful weather.
This place felt hectic. Servers running around bumping into each other left and right, seemed understaffed. Super noisy. Our waitress did the bare minimum and gave off a strong “don’t bother me” vibe. The food was mediocre. This place is fine if you need a last minute option, but would not recommend it.
