    Everything was excellent. From the time seated, to ice water server introducing himself, to the waiters and servers, were all great. It’s a very relaxing experience. Food was perfectly cooked. We also ordered table side Caesar salad and it was entertaining, as was the desert, waiters are all personable. I didn’t take pictures, just enjoyed ourselves. They’re first class all the way.

    Best fine dining service in Honolulu. We had table side spinach salad, and Australian wagu rib eye. The flavors were amazing!

    This place was incredible and the service impeccable. Rarely today does a restaurant exceed in all areas but Hy's does. Thank you for the phenomenal dining experience. The Beef Wellington and Steak Oscar were executed flawlessly. We enjoyed the atmosphere and had the best time. We will definitely return when visiting Honolulu again.

    Everything was great. Depending on where you sit near the bar tho, it could get very cold. I think they upgraded or replaced their AC system so the cold air was pumping down on us.

    Hy’s is one of the spots we go for very special occasions. Our last visit was for our wedding anniversary. The service was excellent. Our server was on point and attentive to our table. Always checking in. Drinks were refilled immediately which is kind of a gauge when it comes to food service. Food, what can i say? This is why we come here. Everything was delicious. Started with French onion soup and table side Caesar salad. I got the prime rib while my wife got the delmonico steak. Both were cooked to perfection. They never miss on the requested steak temperature. Finished off dinner with a complimentary dessert since it was our anniversary and a table side bananas foster. So good. Prices are what they are but what you pay for makes up for the price. From the time we got there till the time we left the service staff made us feel very welcomed and appreciative for dining there. Hy’s will always be our go to for quality service and great steak. Shout out to on our server, Desmond (I hope I got his name right, but he is from Aiea) and DJ who was assisting our table too.

    I really love this place! The service is always great. The food and drinks are so good and consistent. This is my go to place for celebrations with small groups and for date night. The noise level is perfect enough where you can hear each other talking and at the same time don’t feel like you have to be extremely quiet or extremely loud to have a conversation at the table.
