   Celebrated our 3rd year anniversary here, the food and vibes were phenomenal. Don’t get me started on their desert and stellar service. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Hawaii to try this place out.

   This was by far the best service we have ever had. Wait staff was very informative and attentive to anything we needed. Steaks were cooked perfectly and by far the best steaks we’ve ever had. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Thank you sooo much for making g our anniversary a special night.

   Food was well prepared (Australian Wagyu, Filet Mignon and Chilean Sea Bass) and tasty! We decided on NO appetizers to save room for their flambee deserts - which is one major reason to go to Hy's. Thank you Hy's and server 61 Kuni (Sorry, forgot his name) and the local busser. Those two made our dinner much more welcoming.

   Hy’s Steak House is next-level when it comes to steak, and if you’re lucky enough to try the A5 Wagyu and Beef Wellington—just know you’re about to taste luxury. Let’s start with the A5 Wagyu: buttery, rich, and so tender it basically dissolves on your tongue. It’s not just a steak—it’s a full-on experience. Each bite was perfectly marbled and full of umami that lingers in the best way possible. Worth every single cent. And then there’s the Beef Wellington. Holy wow. The puff pastry was golden and crisp, the center was a beautifully medium rare, and the mushroom duxelles added this earthy, savory depth that tied it all together. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and just savor. You’ll feel like royalty sitting in that rich, wood-paneled dining room. Between the ambiance, the service, and the food—it’s easily one of the best meals I’ve had on the island.

   Sending our sincere thanks for such a lovely celebration! Meals were exquisite as always. Service was impeccable! Despite a  busy restaurant, very kind of your managers Tony & Jason to take the time to introduce yourselves, say hello and check on us. How kind of you to grace us with such a special table!  Excellent servers...just look at his smile! It was all so wonderful. We can't limit dining at Hys  to just special occasions.    New favorite restaurant. Best old fashion on the island and the Mac Daddy was the best bourbon I've ever had. Food is topnotch.

   The food was ok, not worth the price in my opinion. The method the steak was prepared with was different than what we’re use to. Service was good but wouldn’t go back again.

    Eberhard-san really took good care of us and the food, service, ambiente and experience exceeded our expectations. My Filet Mignon was a dream and dessert and suggested wine completed the unforgettable experience. One of the very best steak houses in town!
