    Très bonne cuisine en particulier le Grilled marinated pork chop. Plutôt rare de manger ce plat aux US. En tout cas c’était parfait arrosé d’un excellent rouge de Californie. Bravo !

    Higgins restaurant was an icon when I first moved to Portland. I used to love to drop by for Happy Hour. There was such a vibrancy in the air and the food and cocktails were supreme. Higgins was one of my first experiences with farm to table. Last night felt very different. My French 75 was mediocre and our dinner choices lacked quality. The fingerling potatoes were very greasy and so was our pasta dish. The cheese platter was lacking- 3 chunks of cheese with a few strawberries and a handful of crackers for which we were charged a whopping $38. Unfortunately, we will not be rushing back anytime soon.

    Awful service , our server was passive-aggressive and tried to rush us a lot, the restaurant was more than half empty, so I don’t get the rush. Delicious food but it was a little too salty, the special 14 oz steak was more like an 8 oz
