The service was very bad. We were treated differently because we could only order the “sides”, because they were the only vegetarian options. We had to ask four times for tap water. We are very disappointed considering we eat here every year when we visit London.

The security was rushing us to leave because it’s almost closing time. He was so rude that he even followed us into the toilets to make sure we get out on time

Simply the best Asian restaurant I have ever been to . We return time after time as it’s just everything you could ask for . This restaurant doesn’t deserve five stars it should be in a section of its own with seven stars.

I have decided upon very good opposed outstanding purely down to the way they rushed us through the meal. No sooner had we finished our starters, the main meals turned up and it was quite clear they were rushing through the evening. A shame because the food and friendliness of staff was excellent but jeez guys relax a little, it really is not a race to get your orders out and tables moved on. We are all aware of how Covid has affected the industry but, don't lose your reputation trying to recover the past two years lost, it won't wash based on the choices London offers. Apart from that, we had a hugely enjoyable evening

Was disappointed that they did not acknowledge that it was my husband’s birthday. Service started off shaky but got better as the evening went on. Good food and service.

Went here with my mum and dad to celebrate my graduation. We opted for the plum blossom set menu. The value for money is exceptional for what you get. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. For those who don't drink any alcohol, I thoroughly recommend the Kowloon Cooler. The service is exceptional, the staff are attentive without being intrusive, they have this done to a fine art. Nothing is too much trouble and the special request that I made for the dessert was done perfectly. Just one small point that I would like to make is regarding the music. There is no need to have it on quite so loud (the speakers in the restaurant are very powerful!). It can make having a conversation slightly difficult at times. Please note that I would not hesitate to return here again and this didn't impact on my experience in a negative way. Thank you so much to all of the team at Hakkasan Mayfair for helping to make my graduation day so special.
