The quality of food and drinks was great as usual, the ambience was good if you manage to sit on desired table, the service from the waiters and commis was great and welcoming (otherwise I would give 1 star to service instead), but the receptionists' attitude was disappointing and rude - constantly rejecting our requests about other available tables with a grumpy face, unhelpful, dismissive, and even misleading... I've been coming to Hakkasan for many years, but this was by far my most disappointing visit. While the food was excellent as always, the poor service at the front desk ruint what was meant to be a special evening..

Dim Sum is the best! Food is always amazing, sweet and sour pork, mellow beef and vegetarian chicken were all great choices.

The ambience was not there, the music was far too loud even though we asked twice for it to be turned down… we could not have a conversation with family and friends as it was too loud.. which spoilt the evening.. the food was outstanding though… but we won’t return due to the noise on the top floor seating area.

We celebrated my mum’s 50th and she loved it! Staff were friendly & couldnt have done more in the restaurant. The women at reception weren’t as welcoming though but the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant 10/10 & the food 10/10
