   Everything was great except for a screaming kid nearby repeatedly making a very irritating experience...We know you can't make people control their young kids, but it really is annoying to have to hear a top of the lungs screaming brat while you're trying to enjoy your meal...

   The food was fine and our waitress was great. The issue I had was a manager decided to have a problem that my son needed napkins from the bathroom to get through the meal as he had an asthma attack beforehand which left his nose quite runny. He had them in his lap and she asked him what he had and was offended he took them. Get over it! They are paper napkins and he needed something to get through dinner. We also had an issue while leaving as a son of a family at the door decided to be ‘smart’ with us as we walked out because they had to move out of the way so we could get out the door. The napkin thing however put it over the top enough that there are other places to eat that I would rather go than here now.

   First time visit, and everything was excellent. The parking was easy. The service was excellent. Cocktails, appetizers, entrees, bread service, and dessert were so good!! The restaurant itself is beautiful & clean. Absolutely loved it!

   Quite a unique atmosphere. Beautiful building inside. Gulasch and schnitzel were excellent. Wide range of draft beers on the European side. Apple strudel and homemade ice cream was excellent! Our waiter was Justin, and he was very helpful.

    This was a birthday lunch for my 86-year-old friend. She had casually mentioned she would like to go to Grunauer some time ago and I am glad I remembered! She was delighted and we had a great time. We chose from the lunch menu. She had wienerschnitzel and I had the goulasch, both with spaetzle. We were both pleased and had plentiful leftovers for later. For dessert she had the apple strudel and I had the pumpkin dessert. Wow! So good.
