Grouse Mountain Grill
lemon thyme infused cream, maitaki mushrooms, toasted breadcrumb, parmesan
Colorado Beef Tenderloin
garlic pudding, grilled asparagus, hand-made gnocchi, beef jus
Veal Osso Bucco
parsnip puree, swiss chard saut, marcona almonds
Upon arriving( on time), found out the table we had reserved outside had been given away. A big deal when you chose the restaurant for the Mountain View. When you’re dropping $600 on dinner, not okay. That’s Olive Garden stuff. Server was slow and not pleasant.
I am so very sorry this happened! This is not what This Grouse Mountain Grill does. Please feel free to call me, (Doris) at 970-949-0600 ext. 1. I would love to make it up to you. I will be addressing this with my team ASAP. Thank you for your review.
Love the beauty of Beaver Creek mountains in the background. Food is great. A special place
Service was superb. Halliburton was great, ribeye was average
It was gggggggggggrrrrrrreeeeeeaaattttttttttt!!!!!!!!
I was told the pretzel pork chop was the star dish and it was true, I've never had a pork chop like that, it was amazing. Lobster mascarpone was also unique and delicious. Great service, beautiful location, fabulous experience.
The staff is simply amazing!!
Walleye and halibut were both excellent. The Sommelier gave great advice on wine pairings.
Great high-end restaurant. One of the best in the Beaver Creek/Vail Villages.
Tony's piano playing is always as exceptional as the cuisine!
Everything was great.......venue, service food and special attention to detail.
Great food and wonderful outdoor seating with a tremendous view of the mountains. Service was adequate, but given the pricing, it should be better--too slow.
We live within walking distance to Grouse Mountain Grill, and when we want a really nice meal, this is our go-to restaurant. It never fails. We enjoy eating in the bar area, listening to Tony G on the piano while having a great meal. On this particular occasion, we brought a very good friend. We ended up sharing some appetizers, including the lobster mascarpone and pork belly, and then for our main meal, we shared the veal Osso buco, the crusted pork chop, and the halibut. Every thing was cooked perfectly, and the service was attentive, without being disruptive.
I would highly recommend this restaurant, without reservation.
5 star for this restaurant! Amazing food and great service!
Where do I start? Ritz crusted walleye was fantastic along with the hand rolled tater tots and carrot cake!!!! Chef deserves total accolades. Drinks and menu offerings are so creative.
View and experience was amazing. Elliott was a terrific assistance to our overall enjoyment.
Sat at a table near the window
Nate was our waiter
Had the tater tots
Had halibut so awesome
My husband had the
Dessert was the trio donuts
Meal and service
A must in beaver creek
Wonderful again - salmon - pork chop - all was incredible- you won’t be disappointed
This has always been one of our go to places in Beaver Creek. Although the ownership and management have changed a few times the quality has not. Everything we love about the Grouse Mountain Grill remains. The Ritz Cracker crusted Walleye is a must - there is no better. We will keep coming back to the Grouse Mountain Grill until they either kick us out or Tony G decides he isn't going to sing and play any more. I hope neither happens.
The food was superb, the service was spot on and desert was delicious. We can’t remember the last time we had such an incredible experience.
Tony, the piano player, was extraordinary!!
One of the best anywhere. Food is spectacular, presentation is wonderful, ambiance is beautiful and service (Elliot) is first class
Pork chops were dry
Highly recommend! We started off with the lobster marscapone gyoza which absolutely delicious! I had the halibut and it was amazing, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. My husband had a ribeye which also cooked perfectly (and he is very particular about how steaks are cooked) and really flavorful. My daughter had the homemade gnocchi which was melt in your mouth delicious. The sommelier chose a fabulous wine. I loved the food and service, would love to go back again!
The service was subpar. I went with my mother and they had so many beautiful 2 person tables outside and by the windows but instead they decided to sit us two women in the back of the restaurant next to the fire place which was on. Why was the fire on during summer?! After asking to be moved they didn’t allow it. Two men walked in maybe 15 minutes after us and got a table right by the window.
The food is very good, but we were VERY disappointed with the way we were treated.
Patio sounds nice but not really recommended if you want a view
Social distance between tables was appreciated as well as all staff wearing masks that truly cover their mouths and noses. The food was absolutely delicious as always. The walleye was crunchy. My husband had the lobster appetizer which was filled with lobster. The beet salad was delectable with creamy mild goat cheese. We splurged with the tator tots as a starter. Yummy! For dessert we shared a scoop of salted caramel ice cream and the carrot cake. Both were tasty. Needless to say, we were quite full as we headed home but worth the splurge. I am not a drinker but my husband felt like the wine by the glass was a skimpy pour.
My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary. He had the pork chop and I had the halibut. Both were delicious. We shared the apple bread pudding for dessert and it was outstanding. The chef added a special message to us on our dessert plate for our anniversary. It was a very nice touch. The view and outdoor seating was lovely.
Great Birthday dinner...fabulous double bone pork chop!
We had a fantastic meal and experience here.
Always the best👏🏻
Love this restaurant. It has become a must-dine-there restaurant for our visits to Beaver Creek.
This has always been one of our favorite restaurants for over 20 years. It was always upscale and beautiful with tremendous service. Now it is loud, casual, and the tables are bare with only white table cloth...some staff were in sandals and looked liked I was on a beach not an upscale restaurant. The food was still incredible however but what a shame that the front of the house has deteriorated to nothing special.
We are so sorry you were not happy with your recent visit to the Grouse Mountain Grill. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, we are not able to set the tables as we normally have and hope to return to soon. While very plain looking the goal is and always will be, the health and well being of our valued guests and staff.
Excellent meal. Trust your waiter and sommelier. They will not steer you wrong.
consistently great over the years. great Food and great service
Awesome food and service!!!
We had an outdoor table for 2, which was lovely and what we requested. Wonderful service and delicious food - especially our apps of Lobster Marscapone and Apple Beet Salad, and the walleye entree. The mint ice cream with my chocolate cake was fabulous. Looking forward to our next visit!
Not the best experience. Great service! Spare Rib was just OK, Gnocchi was much better. Very large and BERY noisy party in the dining room.
Great Experience honestly! Parking is a little limited but Food & Service and atmosphere is a 10!
We enjoyed our 30th anniversary dinner here. The $45 special for appetizer, entree and dessert was such a great offering. Cocktails were fresh and delicious. We had the Halibut entree and the Pretzel crusted pork chop. Best meal we have had in quite some time and the portions were large and satisfying! Highly recommend this place!!
Wonderful restaurant and service. The tasting menu is an incredible value and delicious food.
The staff are quite welcoming and helpful. Our servers were excellent. We had the three course fixed price menu (sadly this ends at the end of June, 2020). Great choices and all were prepared to perfection. The flavors were wonderful! The staff had gone the distance vis a vis Covid 19 precautions and we felt entirely comfortable. Strongly recommend reservations. There is outdoor seating (we sat indoors). I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!
As usual, Grouse Mountain did not disappoint! The summer menu is fantastic with lots of options to satisfy any tastebuds! Sitting outside was a treat! The weather was perfect! The service was perfect! This is truly one of my favorite places to dine in Beaver Creek!
