The best meals of my life (outside of Italy) have been at the Greenbriar. And this one topped them all -- Fabbio's creativity is stunning and the results are delectable.
We really enjoyed our first time at the Greenbrier. Very good food, service was impeccable. We will certainly be back.
The food, service and ambiance were outstanding, as always!
We had the autumn tasting menu with the wine parings of four courses. Each course was nicely prepared and presented and the wines were a nice accompaniment to the food.
Been coming here for over 20 years excellent food, an all the staff works hard to make sure you have what you need.
The Greenbriar Inn is a place to go for a special occasion when you want a quiet atmosphere conducive to conversation. The food is delicious and you couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting, day or night. If you don't want to go all out, try their bistro menu.
My salmon was a bit overcooked and too dry. Battered squash lukewarm in temp
with too thick batter. A tempura batter would have been more delicate.
It was great that the Greenbriar was open again. Phil always adds his personal touch which is very appreciated
Everything was fabulous as always!! The Greenbriar is our fav restaurant!! Our server Coy was tremendous!
I have been dining at The Greenbriar for several years. It is always fantastic. The food is extraordinary. The service is outstanding. For any occasion, it is perfect. The entire staff makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk thru the door. A very special place.
Delicious brunch items on a menu now d/t COVID. Service is impeccable. Pricy but so worth it for a special occasion!
The Greenbriar Inn was an amazing place to spend an evening and have dinner. I went there for my anniversary and they provided us with complementary Champagne. The service was great as well; our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu items. The staff was very helpful and inviting.
The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. I felt very at ease being there and did not feel rushed at all to leave. The grounds of the restaurant were also very nice, and I see myself coming back here for many special occasions in the future. There were so many great things on the menu I wanted to try! The gnocchi, Old Fashioned, and the bass special were very good! My significant other also enjoyed her filet!
The Greenbriar never disappoints! The ambiance, the service and incredible presentation and food makes the Greenbriar Inn our favorite Colorado front range restaurant.
We had a great time at Greenbriar, we sat outside as far as possible from the road, the road gets a little noisy. The food was great and the service was great!
The service was impeccable. The true essence of a fine dining experience. Kudos toCliff.
The ambience was just lovely in the garden room.
This is where I will always ask to sit, a beautiful compromise of temperature, and view out the windows.
The taste of all the food was spot on.
It could have been a bit warmer when served, but it was a pretty busy evening.
W have already reserved another date to come in, will try a Sunday brunch this time.
I have recommended this restaurant to 2 of my friends already
We celebrated a birthday, took a chance trying a restaurant we've never been to - nor were we referred. It was an excellent choice and so glad we went!
The staff was wonderful, food was delicious, atmosphere welcoming. Try it!
We had a lovely brunch. Food and service were excellent. We had planned go sit outside but it was too cold so management had to scramble to move outside brunch searing requests to tables inside. They handled this process flawlessly and we were not kept waiting for our reservation time.
We have been to the greenbriar before and perfect in everyway wih incerdible food and service. But not this time and a bit sad as we ampted it up to our freinds. Despite plenty of staff service slower but it was mostly our server, on the bright side we spent less on drinks as couldn't get more. Really down to the server not really 'seeing' empty plates and empty glasses despite walking past all the time. A lot of the food out of 'stock' becuase of a wedding party. The food we had was average but last time it was amazing. The tasting platter to start was just bizarre, we had no idea what we were eating and not bread or crackers to eat the 'piles of stuff' with.
Duck was the best and the creme brulee for desert amazing. The tasting platter kinda took away our appetites. A lady with a very loud voice came over to apologise that we had complained about the heater not working, when we poiltely told her we hadn't said a word she kept going and going on about this heater and said it must have been us. Nothing would deter her from her mission. So maybe hit this place on a good night.
One of my favorite brunch places in Boulder! The place is beautiful (tons of outdoor seating) and the food is delicious. The inn is located by the main road so it can be loud sometimes (though that wasn't a problem for us). The staff is always super nice.
We always go to Greenbriar when I visit my boys from Boston
Great service great food
We love going to Greenbriar Inn. It's been a "home away from home" for at least the last 10 years. The new Brunch format is great. It's a way of ordering exactly what you want. There could be no better staff than at the Greenbriar Inn. We will continue to go there for brunch or dinner as long as they are there!
We were very pleased to see that one of Boulder's landmark fine dining establishments is up and running so well. For the fine dining category, the value is great and the atmosphere so relaxing in such a beautiful outdoor setting. We hope to be able to return to this special place for many years to come.
We celebrated our anniversary and had wonderful service, food, and the ambiance was lovely.
Everything was amazing, the place, the food, the service, everything!
As usual, our dinner experience at The Greenbriar was wonderful. 5 of us sat outside on the lawn and enjoyed great food and service. The only downside to eating outdoors is the proximity to 2 main roads, so the traffic noise can sometime be quite loud. Thanks to Phil and his staff for a nice evening.
Everything was very good.
The Greenbriar is unique. The staff are well versed in their trade and provide great service. The food is beyond comparison. At the brunch we shared our entree and all but literally licked the plates clean.
Great Place to eat. The food is always good. Brunch is not as fun during Covid because of the lack of options and up charge. However, the service is always amazing.
Enjoyed our meals, service was fantastic, very friendly and the ambience was perfect. We were seated in a corner near flowers, hummingbirds, very green. Will go back.
Very nice experience. Great pairings and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.
GB was very sweet and immediately asked if we were celebrating anything. We were, and we were greeted with bubbles! Our waitress was also extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Only suggestion is to get another heater on the grassy part of the patio. It got a little chilly after 7.
We had a great birthday dinner Saturday evening! We were able to sit outside and did the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food tasted extremely fresh and everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back!
Donald was our waiter and he was great. The food and service were outstanding. We sat outside and it was a delightful evening.
Every staff member wash polite, efficient, and professional.
The food was special.
And the atmosphere was perfect for an anniversary celebration.
Incredible service and ambience. The food was impeccable. We can't wait to visit again.
My fiancee and I had an intimate dinner on the sweetheart table. It was Sunday night and the chef had prepared a 4 course meal with an optional wine pairing for every course. The theme was Colorado ingredients. What an amazing experience. The staff was courteous, delightful and they even gave us a tour of their wine cellar!!
Exceptional service and food. Perfect experience for a special occasion!
Everything was perfect as usual! My wife ended up not feeling well because of tall the smoke in the air. and they were very helpful and understanding! We’ll be back soon!
A great experience at the Green Briar. Good food and excellent service. Staff very accommodating to the difficulties with indoor dining during Covid. We had initially requested outdoor dining but the wild fires on the other side of the mountain made the air quality unsafe for outdoor dining. Food is good but presentation is a bit precious with foams and schmeers of chocolate . The peach Galette was amazing.
Loved our brunch here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Incredible ambiance. The owner came over and talked with us for a time -- so personable. Highly recommend the brunch.
