   Not sure what happened to this restaurant. Used to be so good. The service was so bad. And the food was not fresh. When we sat down, no one came to us for about 15 minutes. When she did finally come, she gave us a carafe of water, and took all of the glasses to get ice. She came back another 15 minutes later to take our order and asked why we didn’t have any glasses for the water. We told her she took them. After she took our order, she came back with our glasses of ice. Our food took about 25 minutes to come to our table and it was cold. I ordered Chicken Parm and the chicken was hard and old. My husband’s Spaghetti and Meatballs was also cold and no flavor. Will not be returning.

   Our server was great, the food was good (lots of delicious garlic!). That aside, the place is filthy. The men's room is slightly better than what you'd find at a cheap gas station. Booth areas are separated by decorative spindles with intertwined noticeably dusty plastic grape vines. Garbage was being brought out via the entrance as we ate. A big non-no. As we drove away we noticed plastic screening for outdoor dining was shredded and dangling in many areas. The parking lot is full of pot-holes. When critiquing a restaurant I put focus on the bathrooms and the service entrance. Both are sub-par here.

   Absolutely an amazing place: great food, great service, and a solo female singer accompanying herself as DJ that was very pleasant to listen to if a bit loud for conversation at a large table. The family of 7 with 3 generations went for what could have been a very hectic Mother’s Day outing, but service and tempo remained excellent! Highly recommended.

   Only the best ,freshly made dishes and ingredients. Arkin the owner brings the highest quality food at dry fair prices. Great choice for entire family. Superb. We go there often , the portions are a good size enough for a second meal to take home. Homemade , quality our favorite. 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌞⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Several favorites, Pollo Pecan, Lobster Ravioli with white wine sauce, lemon, Chicken Parmesan, Scallops with lemon blanc , the specials are fabulous .     It had been awhile since I had been here. Unfortunately the weather was very wet and cold and we were seated at a table closest to the door. The draft was terrible as it was busy so the door was being opened and held open frequently. We did let a server know and they did try and do a better job of asking people to not stand with the door open. The food was good. My wife is gluten free and had the chicken Marsala. I had the calaprese pizza. Had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. All good. The server was ok. She seemed a bit annoyed we were asking so much about gluten free. We will be back again but I’d say the experience was average overall.

    This is a hidden gem! Our small town has many places to eat, but Garibaldi's stands out. Homemade ingredients, amazing food combinations and the variety of choices went beyond our expectations. Everybody should eat here!

    My penne pasta with sherry vodka sauce was outstanding as were the chicken marsala and millensa for my guests. Service was top-notch with a variety of interesting specials offered by the chef. The ambiance was far superior to a chain or larger restaurant. Authentic Italian in a cozy, homey atmosphere.

    Our meals were out of sight. Absolutely great authentic Italian Cuisine! Service got off to a little bit of a rocky start but our server quickly rebounded and we really enjoyed her. However, the turnaround of drinks from the bar was slow all night long. Then when the last drinks arrived, 1 was wrong on top of it. Fear not we will be back but would love to see the slow bar service rectified.

    My wife and I came in for our first experience here together on Monday night. We were feeling great, because she had gotten great news earlier that morning, so we were celebrating together! We've lived in the area for a while, just hadn't ever been to Garibaldi. And for like, literally no good reason that we hadn't been. What a mistake! What a fantastic restaurant! WOW was our food good! Everything was fresh, and homemade. Fine ingredients used, excellent flavor in everything! It's HARD to find a good Italian restaurant! I'll speak for both of us when I say we can't wait to go back and enjoy it again. Not sure what we'll get next time either...the pasta was so good this time, but their pizza offerings look terrific as well! Our server was also great. She was friendly, timely, and did the little things...had the specials memorized, did a near-exact 1-minute check-back with us after the entrees were delivered, and seemed PROUD to be working here, as she should! What a nice place. The desserts were also SO GOOD! Kudos to you all! Please, keep up doing what you do. Know that it's appreciated! We will be back, and soon!

    This requires a rave review! Seating was prompt, service was knowledgeable and attentive, the environment casual and comfortable, and the food! The food was delicious and the presentation spectacular! The VEAL MILANESE was the winner of the evening, and the ZUPPA DI PESCE a close second. It was taste of New Jersey (for those unfamiliar, that's a high complement for Italian food!). The TIRAMISU alone was worth the trip. It's worth going for a birthday for the amazingly operatic personal rendition of that signature song.

    Valentines day is a tough day for the restaurant people as the demand is very high. Despite that, we were seated for our reservation within 10 minutes and were enjoying our appetizers several minutes later. Ashton made sure we got our table and her service was outstanding as always. The food ca,e out cold at first but it was quickly heated and so delicious. Given the high volume on such a day there will always be a little something that can go wrong but in this case it was fine.

    Valentines Day dinner - as expected, very busy. Hostess was disorganized causing conflict between guests waiting to check in. Appetizer arrive lukewarm but was tasty. Never got the bread that other tables received. Main course was ok but not what I’d wanted to order. Wasn’t aware they were having a “limit menu” for V-Day. Overall, we generally have a good experience here-they we’re just off tonight.

    Garibaldi Trattoria is not just any small Italian restaurant, but in my opinion it is a magnificent Mediterranean cuisine restaurant (a true gem here in the tristate area) with sophisticated, rich in diversity of flavors and carefully composed menu. Further, I can assure you that the food served at this restaurant is prepared, seasoned, cooked and garnished with perfection. We have dined at Garibaldi Trattoria twice within the last month and I must tell you that each time was unique and impossible to forget. Whether we ate appetizers (mozzarella sticks or garlic bread), the main course (Salmone a la Venezia, Costolleta di Carolina or Fettuccine Alfredo) or home made desserts (tiramisu, chocolate lava cake or crème brûlée) - every dish has been like a poetry to our mouths and stomachs. On the top of that - Donna, our server has been SIMPLY THE BEST and absolutely Fabulous! We are coming back soon inasmuch as dining at Garibaldi Trattoria is impossible to resist!

    Our waiter Nick was fantastic! He spent lots of time with us, making us laugh. We were amazed by his memory and ability to explain the specials to us. The food was delicious!     This was our second time there and it was just as good as the first time. We introduced a couple of our friends this time. It is rare that you get to check every box when dining out. We give them 5 stars for food, service, value, ambiance, and overall. Ashton is our favorite server/bar tender. She is incredible. Jess was our server this last time and she is also very good.
