Food was flavorless being that it was NM food. Very bland. Atmosphere was great except for a parking issue. My car was blocked in and the manager was not very empathetic, and didn't seem to care or want to help. It was as very hot the day we visited and waiting in the parking lot for the owner of the car who blocked to finish their meal was not an option. Shame on the staff for not taking action.

Great food and service. Sopapilas might have been the best we’ve had. Only complaint was the menu. Both were very dirty and sticky from food. Very busy. Our service was top notch.

We dined on the outdoor patio which has misters to help beat the heat. It was beautiful, the margaritas were amazing and the food even better. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate or have a casual date.

I will start by saying that the drive to get to this restaurant IS NOT worth the effort or time. Let me tell you about my recent trip to Gabriel's Restaurant in Santa Fe – or, as I now call it, "The Place I'll Never Visit Again." The service was atrocious; our waiter seemed actively disinterested in our presence, and getting a simple drink refill felt like an Olympic sport. As for the food, it was equally disappointing. The enchiladas were bland, the chile tasted suspiciously like it came from a can, and the tortillas were denser than bricks. It was an insult to New Mexican cuisine. Seriously, do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are so many amazing restaurants in Santa Fe; don't waste your time or money at Gabriel's. You'll thank me later.

We always have a wonderful time at Gabriels. The food is always great and the margaritas are delicious. I highly recommend.

We originally chose Gabriel's for the outdoor seating, the convenience of being close to our hotel, and the food selection online. We enjoyed it so much that we went a 2nd time on our 4 day trip! The food was excellent and authentic, drinks were delicious, ambience was spot-on, and service was good. (I will say that the service the 1st time was better than the 2nd).

We absolutely love this restaurant and the staff. The food is the best Mexican food we’ve ever tasted. Plus, their dessert menu is so good, I ordered dessert first! We sat on the patio, and during our meal it started to rain. The staff was quick to help us inside at a lovely table. (Thank you) We have eaten here on our way from Albuquerque to Taos for decades. Highly recommend!
