Faultless as usual. Always so well looked after. It was our anniversary which we didn’t mention, but they remembered from last year and there was a card waiting for us and a card and complimentary dessert for my husband’s birthday. This is our favourite place. The food and swerving e is exemplary. Thanks again, to all at The Chequers x

The owner and serving staff could not have been more helpful. It was a perfect meal and location for us.

We sat inside but they also have great undercover outdoor seating available. The car park is a reasonable size and we found a space. Inside was a little noisy as a large party were in celebrating a birthday. Service was excellent. Food was good with generous portions. Mixed grill was huge and the only slight negative was the spice level on it, not expected. After the meal, one of the owners asked how everything had been and was keen to know if we had enjoyed the meal which was a nice touch. Would certainly go again.

We stopped at Napier's for my daugther's 6th birthday. The staff made her feel really special - the table had a birthday card and a small banner, she had a birthday candle and cake, and a complimentary drink for all the family. We all felt special. The food was just as good as the staff. It was a lovely meal and we stayed much longer than expected. Akisha, our waitress was very attentive and looked after us extremely well. In particular, because our daughter has allergies so we need to be careful about her food.
