   Good all-American diner experience. A little pricey considering the fairly basic fare, but kids, especially teens, will love it.

   We wanted to watch the match and eat, we took the children and by half time we had to leave as the language being used was disgraceful. The food was average and although we knew it was a set menu and the cost, it wasn't good value. Wont be going again and wont recommend.

   I booked Frankie's on a Chelsea matchday because having torn my achilies tendon I am in plaster and on crutches with very limited mobility. We arrived at the restaurant to find that the Toptable reservation hadn't gone through to the restaurant and we had no table booked onasn extremely busy day. I'm not sure who was more angry, me or the manager and seeing my plight he managed to fit us in which I'm sure was very inconvenient. So I can honestly say that customer service was excellent and we had a very good meal. Thank You.

   Slightly overpriced but great restaurant and location. A mean burger which was absolutely delicious. Better than most Byron and Gourmet Burgers!

   We went to dinner ar Frankies on a match night and it was a set menu at £31, which was completely over the top for a burger bar. The food was poor and when the burger arrived it had hardly any chips, so we asked for some more. They bought them up very quickly and stuck them on the bill. Wouldn't eat there again. Very poor indeed

   its a lovely lively place pre match but food was poor. duck pate not nice, fish tough, pizza boring. and £40 plus a head. staff very friendly and nice but a bit chaotic pre match.

   Obviously because of the location you pay a premium here, but I'm not sure that the service was anything worth writing home about. It took over 30mins (on an empty day) to get a drink and the automatic 12.5% service charge is a pet hate and a joke. The food was good - nicer than a normal burger bar, but nothing amazing.

    The steak in Frankies is one of the best I have ever had. All the staff were friendly and giving outstanding services. Will definitely visit again!
