   Been here before, really enjoyed it last time, so took my cousin and her friend here again while they are here for holidays. Food was very nice, our waitress was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Only downside was at the reception. I have booked a table to avoid for the waiting, the receptionist didn’t tell us how long that we needed to wait and just asked us to stand aside to wait. Would be great to explain the situation if there are any delays on the table. We have to wait for almost 15mins to get our table. Just a little disappointed with the time and tables management.

   Great place to give your visitors a feel for tea time. THe food is good, not outstanding, the teas are really good and the location and ambience are outstanding. I will come back with my visitors who have never taken a standard tea time.

   I take tea at Fortnums four or five times a year and it is a truly lovely experience. However on this occasion it was let down by incredibly poor service. My guest has never been abs nothing on the stand was explained as is usual. One waiter bought out the wrong order and when bringing our order, put it on table and walked away. Very disappointed.

   Nice food. Atmosphere is good and comfort. A little bit expensive but a must try experience in life.;)

   Had a absolutely gorgeous afternoon with my sister. Staff amazing, friendly, attentive & welcoming. They are a real credit to Fortnam & Mason as is the pianist who played amazingly with a great selection of music. A big thank you to them all for making our afternoon so enjoyable.

   We came here on our honeymoon. Fun experience. Been here twice in a year. From US, worth it for the experience and great place to take someone special.
