Great experience, everyone was so welcoming, particular shout out to Karolina our main waitress, she was so warm and couldn't do enough for us. Our friend was getting married too and an extra dessert plate and tea as so lovely!!!

Had a lovely afternoon tea bought by my daughter for Mother's day via Fortnum & Mason website. Service very good and as both my daughter and I have food allergies they were very considerate as to providing alternatives. On arrival l had handed in the email confirming the booking made and the lady on the desk accepted this ,however on departure we were made to feel like criminals as the barcode on the voucher we didn't have, luckily my daughter 's boyfriend whom was in Spain had the barcode on his phone and was able to screen shot this to her.The maitre Dee hovered to say the least until this was shown to him, never have l felt so embarrassed in my life and needless to say a near perfect day ruined . I don't think I'll return which is a shame as up to then we had a great day.

I so enjoyed every minute of my time at Fortnum and Mason's. The food and tea were delicious, everything was so delicately and beautifully presented. That staff was amazing, so kind and friendly and were always ready with whatever you needed at that moment. It was a perfect first ever Afternoon Tea. Can not wait to go back some time!

We really loved the afternoon tea. The quality was great, we were repeatedly told we could order more if not enough. The leftovers are packed in neat boxes. Great food and experience. The ambience however was a bit disappointing and could do with a makeover. Luckily we were on the side where the tables weren’t that close together.

We received bad service by Colin. Asked several times for water bottled and never came it. Then we asked for more marmalade and say is no possible. Afterwards we decided to ask to another of your personel and Barda and Anna were excellent.
