   I was ignored during my time there. Never asked if I needed any else I even had to track someone down to pay the bill. I didn’t like that feeling.

   Service was awful. For £190 for tea for two, we deserved it to be at least decent.

   Wow what can I say - let’s begin from the start - we had a lovely wonder around the building and then had a cheeky glass of bubbles in the wine bar - where the staff were fab and so welcoming - this gave us a great feeling for what was to come Our allotted time was 1.30 - we arrived early but this was no trouble at all All of the team were fantastic and explained everything and were so very attentive - amel was just brilliant We went for the savory afternoon tea and it was truly magnificent- It was unlimited so really was exceptional value for money And we even got a takeaway box at the end We weren’t rushed and left when we were ready Amazing - highly recommend
