Forbidden Temple is a vibrant new Bar & Kitchen which launched mid-2012 and is located on South West London’s Queenstown Road fusing an extensive cocktail menu and tantalising food menu drawing on flavours from the Far East combined with an interior designed to transport you somewhere warmer. DJ’s perform every Friday & Saturday bringing together a selection of funky beats and with a late licence until 3am; you are guaranteed all the ingredients for an impressive and fun night out. Open Tuesday – Saturday from 5pm and on Sunday from 12pm our friendly bar team and table service ensure you have a fantastic experience whether you’re in a small group or a couple.

Mid-week dinner and was disappointed. The service was good and the staff friendly but the food was average and there was little to no atmosphere. Would recommend for a drink as the cocktails were good, but nothing special food-wise.

The wonderful ambience and interior enhance the whole experience. Tasty filling reasonably priced food. Great service. Decent cocktails.l had a romantic meal with my fiance and a girly night out and loved both occasions. Also loved the music.

i bought this meal on a Groupon and was local. Waitress very friendly & helpful; starters pretty average: overcooked small spring rolls, luke warm Thai fish cakes and prawn crackers charged for. main course fine as were the dessets. it is a bar restaurant with most of area given up to 2 parties. good value due to Groupon but i would not go again as better chinese Thai restaurants in area, left a £10 tip as waitress was great.

nice venue with night atmosphere and modern decor. There are some nice dining rooms but i guess these get booked up. The dj was good on the night but the crowd was low on the saturday i went. Maybe i am used to packed out bars etc. Overall it was good, the food was tasty and good sized portions.
