Across two floors of stylish and comfortable drinking and dining areas, our food and décor pays homage to the Scottish botanists who travelled India during the early Victorian era. Flora Indica is a sight to behold. This unique venue is the perfect setting for wedding receptions and corporate events. Our private dining floor can accommodate up to 30 private dining guests on tables of 6 per table until the June 21 Covid restrictions are lifted - 56 people thereafter. There is a dedicated bar for the restaurant where the bartenders make an array of delicious cocktails, with gin being the house speciality in keeping with the botanical theme. There is also an extensive wine and champagne list to suit all tastes. Private-dining guests are asked to choose in advance from a set menu of modern-Indian dishes. Think delicately-spiced, fresh and light dishes rather than the traditional heavy curry-house fayre that one might expect. Flora Indica opens your eyes to another side of Indian dining.

The quality of the food was exceptional starters as well as main dishes. Great vegetarian options. Service was exceptional giving us the recommendations in terms of ordering the right amount of dishes. Very nice and inviting environment. We will come back.

They changed their menu. The choices are very limited and it’s confusing. There are much better Indian places close by. Thali, Bombay Brasserie, Noor Jahan..

Excellent food. Pushy service trying to upsell products by serving wine in large amounts to finish the bottle or pushing for champagne pre-dinner or desserts to share without requesting and after saying that we didnt not want it.

The food I had was really nice, but the prices on the menu posted on Flora Indica’s website were badly out of date. A meal for which, when I booked, I had initially expected to pay around £80 - £85 including drinks and service actually came to almost £120. Please update the website to reflect current prices and dishes/wines.

It all started v well - waiter was amazing & we were v excited for our meal…. The wine arrived & was gorgeous. Then we waited & waited. Over an hour went by with no sign of our food. Finally when we were about to give up starters arrived followed by mains & have to say the flavours were really delicious. Perhaps they had an issue in kitchen…. Such a shame as could have been an excellent meal had it arrived before we were wanting to eat the table!
