    We have always wanted to experience dining as a family here at this famous Republique and my partner’s birthday celebration was just perfect to have it here with the whole family! There were 8 of us all and the table upstairs was just so perfect! It made our ambiance all of a sudden felt like a private setting , and overlooking downstairs that added a nice touch! Because we were a group of 8 , and we were there to celebrate a special occasion, we opted for the Experience, which was the Chef’s pre-fixed dinner. I’m glad we did, because the experience truly was amazing! I mean everything that was in the menu was one amazing one on top of the other! The service and the communication was at above par! I was so impressed! They reached out for details like printing the special menu for the occasion, candle with the dessert, parking etc! I mean everything was communicated and all requests met! From the moment I booked with OpenTable all the way through when we checked in, we were made to feel special and important even though the whole place was packed! Also, one added nice touch was the surprise visit from the owner himself to say hi to us and talked Filipino experiences to us! Chef Walter is super nice, humble and friendly, no wonder he’s so successful and well loved! Parking is super easy and convenient with the Valet parking! Will I want to go back there again? Absolutely!!!! We already booked another Birthday Party as a group in two weeks and this is just the start!!! This will be for a brunch because we heard Chef Margarita usually works the brunch and already we are star struck to our fellow kababayan. Just kidding… we are just big admirers 😍
